Okay I have typically really liked Fannie’s for their signature latte and pastries, however, we went for lunch this past weekend and I chose their “Parmesan Crusted Egg, Preserved Lemon & Kale Risotto” off the specials board. What a let down experience 😫. It didn’t have a price listed, my first mistake. Additionally it only came with 1 egg and cost $4 to add one more, my second mistake. The risotto was watery and mostly flavorless rice with only kale on it. The Parmesan crust was not enjoyable. And turns out this unenjoyable dish was $33 (before the additional egg). Insane! I was really let down by the food itself, but especially taking into consideration the crazy high cost for such a simple, flavor lacking dish.

Great local farm-to-table type of breakfast and lunch place. I live that there's always something new and locally sourced. The dishes are unique and delicious- and healthy. I usually get some sort of egg dish. The coffee is amazing!
Farm to table is in the name and it lives up to its name 100%. We had a beet salad, a breakfast special and eggs and toast. Lovely and attentive staff kept my husband’s coffee and my water filled. I wish we had made room for dessert. I am glad we called ahead for our 2pm brunch.

Amazing amazing amazing !! Everything was delicious and fresh! I didn’t even get to take a picture of my food because I gobbled it all up. The Fannie’s latte was sooo good. The cardamom plus maple is perfection.

My party made a reservation for 7 people. When we go there, they told us they don't reserve tables for more than 6 people and would have to split our party. There's no problem with this but they could have sat us at neighboring tables at least. They could have also easily combined two tables.
Even with this hiccup, some of the staff was acting like it was the greatest annoyance that we were even there. There were three people attending our table and 2 were fine but one acted very sour the whole time. You'd think with having to split up our party they could at least act warm and friendly but apparently that's asking too much.
We also had to wait a very long time just to have our order taken even thought the place didn't seem busy at all.
And above all, they charge $26 for French toast with apples?! No bacon or sides with it just bread, apples, and whipped cream. $26 is crazy.
A waste of time and money just go literally anywhere else.

Wow what a great breakfast spot! I ordered the Penning’s peach waffles and they were the best waffles I’ve ever tasted.

Love this place!! Food is fantastic! My husband and I are foodies and we were very impressed - been here a few times now. Coffee is fantastic too, and don’t skip out on the fresh squeezed OJ! If you go during peak hours, you may need to wait - it’s a small place and everything is made to order, but it is definitely worth the wait. Hidden gem in Warwick!

I paid 30 bucks for egg Benedict’s (no protein) with tomatoes that took 40 minutes to get to my table 🤷🏻♂️

My husband and I try to go here once a month and we love bringing friends from out of town here! The food and staff is ALWAYS amazing. You do have to wait a few extra minutes during their peak times BUT IT IS WORTH IT. 100% make a reservation a few days ahead as they almost never have tables available for walk ins. The Fannys Latte is my favorite drink and my husband loves the Clover Club! Their revolving specials are always fresh and delicious and so are there every day staples. 100% recommend coming here!
Cute place near the railroad but $26 for dry waffles is shocking. Very kind waitress but Definitely not worth the prices.

This place has been highly recommended, but my experience has been frustrating due to their reservation system. I made a reservation this morning for three people, However, upon arrival, the staff insisted that my reservation was for two people. She then whispered with another staff member before a second lady came in and reiterated that she had said two. This was particularly upsetting as we always bring our child with us when dining out. Overall, I found this interaction to be unprofessional and disappointing.
Dropped in for a quick breakfast while driving through town, and boy was I ever so grateful I did.
I ordered their signature cappuccino w/ a scoop of their cardamom ice cream (this was beyond delicious), corn cake w/ black beans, and fried potatoes. Everything was beyond delicious. The presentation was beautiful, the flavors were delightful, and everything was cooked to perfection.
Despite living over an hour away; I plan to return.
I ate here a few weeks ago and was not impressed. If you don’t mind waiting over an hour for food and watching a person change their baby at the table next to you. Then this is the place for you. Only redeeming part of this place is the staff is very friendly, but won’t be coming back.
