They wouldn’t seat my family of 7 people after we drove over a hour to meet because they have a maximum of 6 people that can be seated together. Totally ridiculous.

Quaint little place off the Main Street in downtown Warwick. Highly recommend making reservations because it is a small space with not that many tables. Everything is homemade, so it takes a little longer to get your order, but is well worth the wait. Coffee was amazing! I got Fannie’s signature latte which was full of interesting flavors. Went there for breakfast and everything tasted great. The one thing I will tell you is to ask for the price of the specials before you order. I ordered a special that included pork loin (which was the previous night’s dinner special) eggs, hash browns and an apple salad and it was $33. It was good, but not $33 good. My fault for not checking the price, but I never imagined a breakfast dish costing that much. I will still go back next time I’m in Warwick, but I’ll be sure to ask for the prices before I order a special again.

Me and my partner love coming here on special occasions, and even the random “I’m hungry, where are we going?” occasions. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff is friendly and the food is beyond amazing!! Highly recommend for you to try if you haven’t

This is one of my favorite go-to spots in Warwick and likely always will be. It's where I take a friend to eat well and spend time in a warm environment. The food is amazing. The prices are typical. The complaints about pricing and wait times make me think that some are not aware of the common pricing structure in this area or especially with a farm-to-table sourced menu. It is expensive-ish, but I save this as a treat and it's what you pay for a quality product. As for wait time, I've never noticed a wait only because, thankfully, this is a place where you can go to sit and take your time and talk and breathe. Slow down and invest in a conversation and know that a good meal awaits. If you want fast, go somewhere that makes fast food. I realize it's not convenient for everyone and sometimes you're in a hurry. (Incidentally, there is another establishment in Warwick that is very slow and a bit pricey and also totally worth the wait.) I go in knowing it will take some time, and then I enjoy what comes from a home-made, handcrafted coffee or meal. I don't go when I know I don't have room in the schedule for it. This may not be for everyone, but I will still take my best friends here and continue to feel satiated in the food and investment of time it took to get it.

I loved this little place! The corn crepe and crispy potatoes were fresh and delicious. Loved all the herbs that were used. And the lavender ice cream was amazing! Not everyone does lavender ice cream right, but this was so good I had to finish it even though i was full. The atmosphere was so cute and cozy. Loved the music playing and the window bench seats.

Left a lot to be desired... Very high prices and while everything sounded amazing once it hit the table it was lack luster. That said the coffee drink I had was amazing- maple whip cream was dreamy. I would stop in for coffee but skip for breakfast. We ordered: Apple French toast (not fully cooked), pancake (very thick, not a traditional looking or tasting pancake) breakfast potatoes (mushy and lacking flavor), olive feta stuffed bread (flavor was good, bread texture was meh)

Great little hole in the wall of Warwick luncheonette. This place has it all except a chef's helper. Service/Food was something out of a NYC chefs lunch menu! Better than grade A!My steak sandwich was amazing so tender/grass fed and all! It just took a little longer than expected on getting our food because there's only one chef.If this place had a chefs helper it would help pick up the pace for food orders that take longer.

First time at Fannie’s for lunch and will definitely be back! I had their special of Zucchini Pancakes poached Eggs and Watermelon Salad and my Sister had the Baked Eggs w/ Ratatouille. Absolutely delicious! Sat outside under an umbrella. Definitely will recommend to others!

“FANNIE’S” is truly quaint with that small town charm feels. It is very cozy. Food is fresh and unique with an every changing menu that comes from local ingredients.I got the steak on a baguette (not the name on the menu, couldn’t remember the exact name and their menu changed). The only thing I didn’t like was the sauce used, too sour for my liking. I like how the steak was done and the side salad. My husband ordered the omelette. He liked it as well.We ordered the drip coffee, which I didn’t like coz it was more water than coffee.Overall, would still recommend this place.
