Franico's Pizzeria & Restaurant - Warwick NY

Never had such horrible service in my life. Literally walked in the door and was being yelled at by the guy behind the counter. When going to ask a question, he yelled at me to go sit down, saying “you don’t speak English?!” I was just trying to confirm if he knew what I was there for because I was picking up an order already placed. Then he proceeded to yell at any other customer that walked in the door, telling them to hurry up and tell him what they wanted. When the confused customers paused to look at each other, unsure how to handle the rude service, he started saying “so nobody talks?“

NOT GOOD. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. TWO TOPPING PIZZA & 2 PELLEGRINO FOR

ZERO STARS FOR THIS PLACE AND the owner is so RUDE.
He overcharged and his prices don’t match the Menu. Shame on YOU.
AND I CALLED BACK TO GET THE PRICES AND he said this is it and hung up the phone on me. Stated “ you already paid, leave me alone now”.

Terrible experience! Asked if they deliver and was screamed at and told who is delivering at thus time of night(9:00) then hung up on. What is the anger! Your food is not that good

I’ve never had a better experience in my life. They easily adapted to our large group, was kind, courteous and made us all feel like family. When we were there, we WERE family. The food is to die for.

Had a very fun time and the service made it even better. The sever did a nice job and the chef was vary funny, had an enjoyable character. We could tell the food was made with love.

Funniest experience in my life. The owner Nick is super funny and extremely New Yorkish ha. I see people saying he’s rude. But they just don’t understand his culture. He’s hilarious. And the pizza was great.
