Been here four times and it was unfortunately our last time as well. Doug was our server all four times. He is very friendly and makes great drinks. However, expect dinner to take around 2+ hours. Our first time, there were about 6 people in the entire restaurant and he gave our entrees to the people next to us, so we had to wait for the kitchen to remake them. He did give us a $25 gift card to come back, and so we did. The next two times the food was excellent but we were in an empty restaurant and it took an extremely long time for food and drinks. I don’t know how they would manage if they were ever busy. The most recent time we walked out after waiting over 35 minutes and not even receiving water. We were the only people in the restaurant but Doug spent all of the time behind the curtain in the kitchen working on “to go” orders although nothing seemed to be actually being produced….

Service was great the restaurant is nice and simple bar style ramen however for a ramen spot only 3 choices of ramen is strange but ok. It wasn’t typical ramen noodles they were more spaghetti noodles and to much radish made the dish bitter the broth was just soy sauce and water imo the chopped pork was strange never had it that way and do not prefer it that way.

First of all they didn't have guyoza that didn't have the beet salad the waiter was still drunk from the day before the service was horrific it took an hour and 15 minutes for the ramen soup to come and it was totally unedible it tastes just like pickled radish all of it like vinegar disgusting will never go there

Absolute trash. Ordered two appetizers and it came out looking like a kids snack. That’s the Karaage and Wagyu Gyoza. Super disappointed after having high hopes for it. Side note, we ordered it doordash pick up. We showed up after the recommended wait time and asked for the to go order. Asked how much longer after it wasn’t ready and we were greeted by “ I don’t work for DoorDash. I don’t know how much longer”. There’s better places in Warwick for food. At least it’s nice inside though.

Great Ramen find! Bao appetizer was delicious, pork was tender and bun was fresh. Gyoza nice and crisp, I'd say more fried wonton than gyoza, but doesn't take away from the taste at all. Drinks were very delicious, the Laura Palmer was a nice refreshing non-alcoholic green tea yuzu drink for a hot and humid day. Pork ramen was phenomenal, deep rich broth, tender pork belly, noodles cooked spot on, egg perfectly soft boiled. Attentive service, awesome anime decor. Look forward to going back soon and often.

This place has such delicious food and drinks. The bartender/cook killed, he was fantastically nice and had great conversations with him. He was great in both areas and I will definitely be coming back!

Super disappointing for anyone who is looking for a classic ramen. The add-ons were so expensive. $3 for a single leaf of bok-choy!?On a Friday night, myself and boyfriend, hadan appetizer, 2 ramen bowls and 1 adult beverage (Which was a unique and well devised bit of basic mixology, you don't see that around here.)The pork belly buns:2 steamed buns, with a nickel sized (not an exaggeration) piece of pork on each, a smattering of sauce and what one might call.. cabbage dust.$14 dollars. The Pork Ramen:A single slice of pork, the exact dimensions of a credit card and twice as thick.A little more than a cup worth** of noodles that were just-ok.Finally:3, 2-inch slivers of pickled cabbage, which nicely contrasting and cleansing the very uh.. BOLD ramen broth. Is it just me or isn't a ramen broth supposed to enhance the other ingredients, not over power them? But this was not a broth. It had a thickness to it. If I could describe the flavor, it was like a fra-diavlo (but not chunky) with some ginger and other influences. It reminded me of the soupy seasoning that you'd get on an amazing seafood boil.*** Which like.. new business model? New idea for a dish? Put some seafood in that baby and it's fire.**Trust me, there is no such thing as too many noodles and this wasn't even on the radar of turning to your date and saying"Hey, don't you think there's just too many noodles in this Ramen?" This sentence never has been and never will be uttered in the history of mankind. Like this review would not exist had y'all less than doubled the amount of noodles per serving at minimum.***I tell you what though, I'd eat that broth over some mussels and literally nothing else for the rest of my life if it were possible.. So like, there's potential here. The add ons were definitely ridiculous. The options and portions, vs what they charged for each, were just looney. Give me an option to add on a decent portion of pork for starters. But, I rest my case when I say $3 for one leaf of bok-choy is absolute chicanery. Like my guy, an entire head of Bok-choy is $4.49.(I am not joking. My boyfriend paid $3 to get a single leaf of BABY bok-choy. That's maybe a 2.5x1 inch piece of wilted vegetable that took 10 seconds worth of prep to produce, including cook time. Like I desperately *need* you, the reader, to understand how absolutely, laughably disgusting that is to charge someone $3 for something that already typically comes in a bowl of ramen, is included in the price and is always 3-4x the quantity of what was received. )I would have had zero issue with paying $2 for less than a tablespoon of toasted garlic and chili oil if it were a simple bowl of ramen. But that $2 spoon of oil was completely overpowered by the "broth". Those oils are supposed to punch up the flavor for people who enjoy a little or a lot of spice. There is a major disconnect in flavor/portion size/quality and price. There are obviously things that could be good here, but there are way too many things that don't work. Plus the giant wooden spoons and metal chopsticks.. who's idea was that? The spoon handle is so bulky and chopsticks burn your hands from heat transference of the soup!I don't recommend this place if you're looking for ramen. The sandwiches and chicken looked very tasty though. The atmosphere and intimacy of the space make you feel as though you've found some cool, hidden gem like in NYC, but... that is not this place.. Next to 14.. Some name. The bartender was cool, he did his best, but is definitely stretched, running the entire bar and available seating as well as handling take out orders. And the food does not come out fast considering what it is, that is not my experience with even larger ramen spaces. Is this place a tasteless cash grab, selling a trendy product with a high profit margin, or someone with a passion for food who needs to rework some things on his menu? After reading other reviews, owner responses and looking at previous pictures... I'm going with t

This is a bar, the take out doesn’t qualify for even bar food let alone for high prices. Everything tasted off in the same way and the ramen was awful although advertised to be great. The service was wonderful though the poor soul… we waited 40 mins too

The waiter is one of the nicest I have ever met and I love to give him a big tip. Me and my friends when down only had enough for 3 of us, there was 4. He put 3 bowls worth into 4 bowls. Best guy ever and food taste amazing. Best food I've ever had.

This place looks nice and the people were great. This is NOT the place you want to go for ramen. It's terrible... I never leave reviews buy this was terrible. Plus there was a piece of plastic in the ramen..... yuck!

The waiter spat in my food and the floor stained my shoes. The lobster made me sick and the liquor was cheap but sold at high prices

My friends and I came here a day after walking past it because we thought the place looked so cool. Got the Miso ramen and Laura Palmer iced tea - both absolutely delicious! Doug is a great bartender and host, and the place has a great vibe.

Fantastic ramen, great drinks, the pork ramen was amazing. The staff are very friendly, take care of people quickly, and know what they're talking about. Very welcoming environment, TV's to watch whatever you want and great music playing. Highly recommend. Will definitely be returning here.
