My wife and I really enjoyed the Chocolate pie. We had a takeaway but the shop was really nice too. For the small pie the price was $16! For a treat we were willing to pay, but at this price it would be an occasional visit.

Key lime pie with no cream , broken crust no lime decoration. I could have made this myself, it wasnt that tasty either. Not worth the exorbitant cost.

The pies are OK, some better than others. But the service is horrendous! I placed a special order for a Banoffee pie for an important birthday. They charged me for it in advance, I confirmed the order on the phone, and when I showed up today after driving an hour, there was no pie. Staff looked perplexed. Found the order and said oh ..well sorry. We still had a birthday to celebrate so I picked a slice of cherry pie at least and I couldn’t believe they charged me for that too. Nobody called to tell us that the pie wasn’t made as clearly there’s no system for checking orders. Just ridiculous . Had to beg for forks and napkins. They couldn’t find those for a while. #TerribleService .

I am not a pie lover but when I saw the store on Too Good To Go and read their reviews, I decided to give a chance via this app. I order a surprise bag and went to Warwick location once I receive the confirmation. But the young lady in the store told me they have a new location and they no longer provide surprise bags. I asked her I had to drive 30 minutes and why they didn't cancel the order until I arrive. She said that she drives every day 45 minutes to go to the store (which is very absurd) and there is nothing to do for me. She is not aware even the difference between a customer and employee. I was a potential customer but don't want to hear their name after the way I was treated.
We passed the store on a random Saturday drive and we turned around after passing it on the way home. So glad we did! My fiancé and I were blown away by the customer service... and the pies. We got a blueberry slice (with the crumble), a banana cream slice, and an iced coffee. ALL were amazing. Before we left, the guy, chill AF prob from working in a chill environment, topped off my iced coffee and told me the history of the coffee beans. We ended up with a Key Lime pie to go too. We plan on going there next time we are in the area and try some savory pies. The customer service was honestly the best that I've had in years
