This is such a cool place! I drove nearly 2 hours to spend the day at Pennings Farm Cidery and what a lovely day it was! The only thing that was a bummer about the experience was how crowded it was. But I get it, everyone wants to spend a beautiful fall day enjoying some cider and good food.
I was super hungry upon arriving so we quickly ordered a sweet cider flight, some pizza and some garlic knots. Unfortunately, due to the sheer size of the crowd, it took nearly 40 minutes to get the food. It was delicious though! The Apple Gouda pizza is a must try.
Bring a picnic blanket or chairs because the seating is limited. But there is plenty to do and eat here!

Great time with family! I would come back again with friends! Yesterday's weather drew in a huge crowd but it never felt crowded. Lots of food options, live band, just a great time overall.

My friends and i booked through source adventures to come to this farm from NYC. They picked us up on 44th & 11th Ave and we were on our way around 9:15am and got to the farm at 10:40am. It was empty! Our first stop was to try some cider which was great! I had one with rośe that was similar to wine.
Afterwards, we picked some apples and took many photos. We then dropped our apples back on the bus and went to the market. The market is so nice and has so much to offer. We got some Apple cider donuts and got lunch. They accepted card and cash for lunch. The food was great wish i got photos of my salad, chicken tenders and fries. We then looked at the animals and headed back to the bus. St this point, it was really crowded!
This is such a nice farm! I want to come back next year for sure. The bag they give of apples is pretty big and they had many apples. They also had private bathrooms here in 2 spots and a few outdoor bathrooms as well. Def loved this experience and can't wait to return

Loved this place. Friendly staff. Well marked parking and registration booth. Clear directions given by staff for parking and registration. Ample orchards for apple picking. Great live music delicious foodand drinks and great picnicking area with tables but also grass where we're welcome to set up our own chairs and picnic blankets to enjoy the food drinks and band. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect place for a casual date or relaxed drinking with friends and small bites. Came here yesterday. Am truly baffled by that this place has any negative reviews. All the staff were friendly. Cider was good, a lil pricey but it takes $ to run a good operation and that they do so no issues. Pizzas are small but delicious. Had the pesto and margherita. Clean and well kept grounds.
Most of the negative reviews seem to be from people that are upset they can’t bring their dogs. Not understanding the very sane logic that having random dogs on a working farm is a safety issue (for the dog that they apparently love). Imagine the entitlement of trashing a business over something like this. Some people are really entitled.

We love Pennings Farm Cidery. It ID a beautiful property with great food and a fun atmosphere. There is large restaurant with something fir everyone including ice cream. There is often entertainment and events.

One of the best cideries I have been to! The staff was super friendly, the selection of ciders were out of this world, and the views from this place were amazing. Come here when it rains or shines and it’s still great!
Highly recommend getting the full flight and checking out the wide range of flavors this team is able to produce! Also try mixing some together for more unique flavors!
Will definitely be stopping by Pennings again!
