Incredible hospitality coupled with great adult beverages and a well-cooked dinner. From the bartender to the wait staff and support staff, all are well versed in being amazing ambassadors of this restaurant. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and the staff went above and beyond to leave a memorable experience. Can't wait to visit again in the near future.

This family owned restaurant was a gem of a find. Everyone was warm and welcoming, the restaurant was spotless and well appointed. The service was outstanding, just the right balance of ensuring our needs were met and allowing us time to enjoy our drinks and meal. All of us enjoyed our delicious and generously portioned meals. The birthday request was not read or acknowledged on the reservation note and every birthday around us was celebrated - the miss was felt - disappointed. It's an expensive place and a special request like that in writing should have been acknowledged as it was for literally every table in the restaurant around us.

Great presentation on all dishes, from starter through dessert.....service just adequate...John took care of our special request he was very hospitable. The building is from the 1850's don't let front corridor scare you.... it's nice in dining room.

I don’t often do review for restaurants but I had a particularly interesting experience. My husband and I had dinner here to celebrate our anniversary last night. Upon arrival we were greeted and seated by a young man who was very polite. Shorty after our female server came over and took our order. Food and drinks came out quickly as we were the only ones there at the time.
Food: The food was just okay if I’m being honest. For the price I do feel like blue point in Newburgh at the waterfront is much better.
Atmosphere: great! 10/10. I even liked the Halloween decor they set up!
Service: Service was great until the check came. We received a gift card from my father that he just purchased on Saturday. We gave it to the server along with another from of payment for the balance. When she came back she explained its balance was 150 but the gift card was for 200 written and signed by the staff there. She then explained that they don’t fill out the gift cards until it showed her the certificate. Then her story changed and she said she would fix it. I don’t know if it was a true mistake but it definitely felt like she was misleading us and trying to take advantage. I really didn’t appreciate it. She did end up fixing it but the vibe felt totally off. When I asked her who’s signed it she said she didn’t know. I find it hard to believe she didn’t know what staff member issued the gift card. I won’t be returning!

The food was excellent. The building and atmosphere was beautiful. The service was also excellent. The big down side was there was a large party of men at the table across the room that were so loud, it made it impossible to converse with my husband. Other than that it was great. We'll go again, hoping there are no large parties in the same room.

My party andI had a wonderful. From the ambience to the food , everything was fabulous. Our waiters was so attentive as well as the owner. What topped it all was on out way out , we had a lovely little chat with the chef. This restaurant gives a Manhattan esthetic but with the attention we received only a small town could deliver. We had a lovely experience and will definitely return .

Angel was lovely and so friendly. Pricy menu. I asked for no dressing on Ceasar salad and no anchovies. The staff brought me a plate of romaine lettuce. Wow!

This is our second time eating at Prime. Our party of 4 loved all our meals- prime rib, braziino and chicken Milanese. The drinks were delish and the wait staff went way and above. We had a lovely waitress, she was awesome!

Appetizers were good. However, the ribeye and cod entrees were not. While the steak was cooked to medium well it was very dry. The cod entree was tough. It seemed to be a strange cut.
