Waited 15 minutes to order my food a an employee kept holding her cheeks and saying oh my god. Finally got to order my big Mack meal with a Mc chicken. After watching multiple people order get their food eat and leave I asked about my order, they gave me someone else order and sent me on my way. The fries were old and cold. It’s my fault for not checking the order but they charged me for items and I did not get. The manager and owner should evaluate customer service.

Ordered on the app, got to the window and gave the code and then was in a standstill for 20 minutes. Ended up having to leave the line so I wouldn’t be late to work. Crazy that the line didn’t move at all for so long (9/6/25 @5:15pm). Annoyed I used the app to save time and ended up just wasting my money.

I made a simple order with a very simple request - no pickles or onions on my cheeseburger. Easy enough. When I get home there were onions throughout - under the meat, in the copious amounts of ketchup and mustard, stuck in the cheese. Half of the cheese was hanging off the sandwich, cold. There was ketchup and mustard all over the outside of the bun. I couldn't even touch it without making a mess. I would have gladly given this feedback directly but they refuse to answer the phone.

Change the category to slow food and they're good. Most of the time it's a weird feeling and basic customer service at best.

Don't know what happened to this place but the soda machine is often broken, they take so long to get your food, every single time I have to remind them to give me cup for my soda that I already paid for. And where did the friendly staff that they used to have go. And forget about drive thru your lunch break will already be over by time you get your food. It's a shame they used to be great 😃

I have 3 McDonald’s closer to my house but I will drive the extra 2 miles every single time! This location consistently has hot food that is not thrown together and with fast service!
