Went to pick up my order. Guy who appeared to be owner looked confused when I asked for my order and was completely unaware of what was happening in his own restaurant. One of the three guys at the one counter reminded him of what order it was and said max 5 minutes on pizza. Waited an extra 18 minutes so the place had around 1 hour and 20 minutes to complete order.( a large pizza). Finally asked an employee how much longer on the order. Guy said “what order?”and I restated my order only for him to say it’s been ready. Three of the employees were there and interacted with me when I first asked for my order. I asked why none of them decided to give me my order when I’ve been waiting in their clear view in front of the counter and instead the younger kid cursed at me and appeared to almost lunge across the counter but one of the other worker who handed me my order appeared to hold him back. The lunge part is unclear as I was walking out the door when it occurred.

Picked up pizza to enjoy while next door at Brotherhood winery. We ordered the chicken parm pizza and was the best pizza we have had in a while! Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Brother Brunos has great food and great customer service. I was having a rougher day, and saw the owner. I explained I would see him shortly as I was trying to take lunch because I wanted some of the pepperoni twists. He was so kind asked me what I wanted, went back to the restaurant prepared my lunch and brought it back to me. I cant thank him enough for his kindness! Highly recommend.
My daughter placed an order for a wrap and sweet potato fries. There was one young lady working at the counter, and while I did not think we were ordering anything complicated, apparently I was mistaken. I had to return three times to get the order right, and each time, her attitude grew worse. It was a complete waste of time and car gas. They charge an outrageous amount of money for food, yet give you an attitude when they mess up an order? Nearly $20 for a lunch sandwich! No apology, no discount, no courtesy item - just rudeness. The one bright side: the wrap was actually delicious!

I ordered four meatballs for $7.00 as it states on their menu. When I got them they were half meatballs. They use Two and a half meatball cut up in halves and selling as four. This is a ripoff. Never again.
