I really loved the vibes the moment I walked in, but unfortunately, the cheesecake I got wasn't exactly what I typically look for in cheesecake. I was only able to get a mini cheesecake, as it does not appear they offer slices of a larger style cheesecake, and it was somehow dry? And quite lacking in flavor. I'm not entirely sure what kind of recipe is used here, but I would recommend modifying it in some way. No cake should be dry, but cheesecake is one that should especially not be dry, and it should have a light and fluffy interior. I tried a few different kinds of their cheesecake as well, so it's not a one-time deal. As they all had that same lacking interior texture.I think the business concept is wonderful in theory, just that the execution is lacking a smidgen. The staff was pretty nice, and I'd like for them to succeed. But I personally don't think I can spend money on cheesecake that I don't enjoy.I'm sorry, I really wish I could give a higher rating. Especially where small businesses are concerned, I like to give as good of a review as I can. But I'm honest to a fault, especially when it comes to baked goods. As an aspiring baker who's attending school for pastry arts, I take the quality of the food very seriously, and I strongly believe in constructive criticism. I am open to changing my rating in the future if a new/modified recipe is introduced, though.I wish this business well, and I encourage others to form their own opinions and try the cheesecake for themselves before writing them off based on my experience.

Guilty Pleasures is my families favorite place. The staff is wonderful and the desserts are absolutely amazing and so tasty. My favorite is the rainbow cheesecake and the blondies. They also have great sandwiches and soups. I love the nostalgia feel about this place. It brings me back to my childhood.

My mom went into guilty pleasures and brought home 4 personal cheesecakes. She told me the staff was wonderful! Everyone was so sweet and chatted with my mom and where they were from, as my family is from the same area in the city. With that being said, we were a little disappointed in the quality of the cheesecake. It was gritty and dry, and had a day old freezer taste. We bought 4 of them for 35$, and don't think it was worth the money. We had them after dinner and all said the same thing. They didn't taste fresh, and I think that should be advertised. Would I give them a 2nd chance? Maybe.

Always receive a warm welcome in this little shop of EVERYTHING retro and then some. I leave with big smile and a big bag. Every. Time. You can not avoid the yummy display of cheesecakes, breads, croissants or the cookies and donuts on the counter. They have a variety of flavors for coffee, milkshakes and of course an entire wall full of candy! Their Godfather sandwich/panini is a delicious lunch you will regret to miss. They support local farmers and their hard work. Everything here is made with love. I'm so glad they're in this town and have remained strong. Highly recommend even if just passing through.

I don't usually like cheesecakes, but these were absolutely amazing. The rainbow cookie cheesecake was better than any rainbow cookie I ever had. The store atmosphere was really cool and the owners were extremely nice. I will be going back here for sure.
