Orange County Bagel

New to the area and very happy to find an excellent bagel store. Egg sandwiches are well made and delicious. Bagels have just the right amount of crisp outside and chewy inside. Staff is well managed and professional.

I love this bagel shop!! I go at least once a week and every bagel I try is phenomenal. This service is quick and friendly. I love the space and the giant menu. Definitely come here for breakfast or lunch, you’ll definitely be satisfied.

I’ve been pushing off writing this review because it’s a local business in Washingtonville, however I feel the need to bring attention to the owner at this point. I’ve came in at 1pm 2pm and even around 12:45 and they already have the grill shut off. I can never get anything and have to go elsewhere to get something as simple as a bacon egg and cheese. As someone who works the security night shift at their job it would be nice for places like this to not false advertise their hours. It would save people like me— and many others—a trip. I’m just going to stick to T&M or even Dunkin.

Update I forgot to mention, the grill is already cleaned late 12-1pm. They must be shutting it down 11-12.

This is the 2nd time ordering my breakfast bagel and they messed up my order... how can you MESS UP a bagel order not once but twice ugh
Tried calling and the mailbox is full hence the review.
Now I'm ready to enjoy my breakfast and it's NOT what I ordered... ugh!

Note to anyone PLEASE make sure you open everything and check b4 you leave to insure you get exactly what you ordered.

I got bacon egg cheese on a bagel.Don't know why they put fried peppers.I got the worst heartburn in my life when fishing with my brother.In-law and my son, I threw up after the end of a day.Never go there again

Ordered through Grub Hub and my husband waited 20 minutes just to be helped during our pickup window. They said they never received the order. They refused to remedy the situation at all, were short with my husband when he tried to ask about it, and never offered to help us re-order. So rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. We will never be back.

Update: contacted Grub Hub to cancel and they said the restaurant rejected the order and we were not notified. If they rejected it, they could have told us they were not accepting online orders at the time rather than telling us they never received it and there is “nothing they can do”.

These are average bagels at best, they are more like rolls with holes in the center.

NY is the place for the best pizza, bagels and rolls in the country (imo). However this place must transport you to Florida or the Midwest once you enter. They don’t make pizza but they call it a bagel shop. Worst bagels and rolls I’ve gotten in Orange County. The hard roll wasn’t hard. It was more like a dinner roll and the bagels are definitely not boiled bagels. They are just big bread. I could get the same quality from the supermarket.

Recently we bought corned beef sandwiches. Apparently they have it on the menu as hot but we didn’t order from the menu. We just asked for corned beef sandwiches. They should have asked if we meant cold or hot. They gave us hot. I was very unhappy with it. I’ll never go there again. There are many good bagel places and deli’s nearby to do business with.

Asked for double egg double bacon. Got a double egg, almost fully raw and the 2 smallest pieces of bacon. Bagel didn't taste too well either.

Poor service for a niche shop. Lots of waiting and soggy bagels that are not baked on premises. Better off at Price Choppers, baked fresh daily there

The food is good but it's very overpriced.

More than just a bagel shop. This is a full service deli complete with grill and many breakfast and lunch items. Clean and neat with some seating and the friendly staff
