Our favorite restaurant in the hamptons.
This has become one of my favorite restaurants in the hamptons. It was highly recommended to me by several friends and it did not disappoint! Liz the owner is exceptionally accommodating and her team is fantastic. Katheryn our server was as good as it gets. This was our second visit and both times were fantastic.

Fantastic as always. Staff is impeccable. Literally our happy place. Extensive wine list. Every dish carefully executed in amazing detail. The sheer number of specials are incredible and highly recommend the aged steaks. They are cooked to perfection! If you have not been it's a must try.
Service and Food incredible. We have now dined at this restaurant endless times over the years. The food is always amazing. The drinks are always amazing. Last night I had the pink grapefruit martini for the first time and fell in love. They only go the extra mile. By far the best restaurant in the Hamptons.

By far my favorite restaurant in the Hàmptons,.
Fresh , delicious and professional, rare find in the Hàmptons.
The best of the best! This restaurant gets it right every time. They know what they're doing and they do it well. The menu options are always thoughtfully chosen and vary with the season. Dishes are creatively prepared and uniformly delicious. It is a treat to come here and is fine dining at its finest.
Another great meal at Bistro Ete. The scallops my wife had were superb as was my roasted chicken Breast. Our server was attentive and thoughtful in accommodating our food preferences. Will keep on good back if they keep this up.
The sea bass with mashed potatoes and spinach with truffle sauce was amazing. It paired well with the French Bordeaux. The restaurant is very dog friendly. Thank you for an enjoyable dining experience..
OSSO WHO?! The osso buco here was the best thing I ever ate! Compliments to the chef and kitchen! Also my awesome server Jake who provided perfect service and who by the way, recommended the osso buco. Love this place, will be coming back immediately over and over until they tell me no more!!

We had one dry aged beef and one fish special. I had the goat cheese salad which I thought was fresh and delicious. The main dishes were perfectly prepared. We brought home some of their homemade fresh mint chip ice cream and it is worth every penny. I've never tasted ice cream made with real mint from the garden and this was outstanding!
I can’t believe the experience we had here. First off, we were a large group of people (15) with five young children. It very hard to find a place to accommodate us in the Hamptons, but this team did it impeccable.
The food was excellent, service was incredible and the ambiance was perfect.
They even brought a giant teddy bear to the table for the kids to take pictures with.
Everything we ate was delicious! I had the bass, hubby & kids had that NY strip, pasta & chicken. The mint chocolate ice cream for dessert is a must.
This was our last night in the Hamptons for the season and this team made it very special. Can’t wait to go back here!

We made a reservation to sit indoors, but that was easily changed when we requested it - thank you for that. The waiter was very helpful (but admitted he was not an expert on the wines available) and considerate and the food delicious. Enjoyed the experience. Thank you. Will return soon.
We wanted to like this better. Whereas we don't dine on a budget, the value for money here is a bit stretched. As an example, I chose the Pure and Simple menu with the scallops. The scallops were tiny and oversalted. I'd rather see three nice sized scallops than 6 babies that toughen easily. The salad and beans were over sauced. If you are going to serve premium pata negra, it needs to be fully lean with no gristle and little to no fat. Whereas the wine bottle prices seemed reasonable, the per glass prices are over the top. A lot of truffle dishes..truffles everywhere. Music was too heavy and too loud inside. Again..it's good but not wow for the money.
