Calissa has truly become one of my favorite year-round spots in the Hamptons. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is gorgeous, and the team makes you feel taken care of from the second you walk in. I recently went for their Winter Chalet and had such a great time. The whole après-ski setup is super cozy, wintery, and so well done. Between the cocktails, the warm lighting, and the ski-lodge feel, it honestly felt like a little getaway in the middle of Water Mill. The mezze, the seafood, the service — everything was on point. If you’re looking for a place that nails both the food and the vibe, Calissa is it. Highly recommend!
Calissa Chalet offers a truly memorable winter dining experience in the Hamptons. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfectly suited to the season, while the menu features expertly prepared dishes and carefully crafted drinks. Attentive service ensures every visit is seamless, making it an ideal spot to enjoy a cozy, elevated meal during the winter season.
We were lucky to try the LI Restaurant Week special on a rainy night. We were the only guests in the room. We got extra personal service from the waitress and manager! The food for only $39.00 prixed fixed was terrific. The mezze and appetizers were home made. The generous portions were delicious. Large selection of main courses; we had the 14oz. steak and grilled dorado fish. Both served with lemon potatoes--outstanding. The restaurant has the priced fixed all fall and winter Tuesday--Thursday until 9PM.
Unfortunately we went for restaurant week and it appears we overcharged. Didn't look at receipt before signing. Pre fix was 38 and one drink. How is that 99 + tax. I believe the server did everything a la carte. Did not want to make a fuss w friends at the time. Shame on me and shame on Calissa
had a great meal here during a bachelorette weekend (and we were happy to deal with the too-high price tag) until the owner of the restaurant backed into one of our cars in the parking lot ??? he is now ignoring our messages and evading calls from the insurance company despite having promised several times he’d “send insurance info tomorrow” (weeks ago)
I've been here multiple times and it never disappoints. Food is well prepared and attractively presented, service is very solid and the vibe is Greek island relaxed. Prices are fair for the Hamptons. BTW, cocktails are descent.
The food was excellent. I had salmon which was perfectly cooked. My companion had the lamb chops. Both meals were excellent. The service was very attentive and friendly. We did the three course prix and the food was plentiful for the price. It was a great value, excellent food and service. I highly recommend.
The food was excellent and the service was great. Since it was the off-season, the restaurant was quiet, but the ambiance and vibe were still lovely. Everything was cooked to order and absolutely delicious. I'd 100% recommend this spot and would love to come back in the summer when it's more lively!
The swordfish was good and the appetizers were good. The place is well maintained and trendy but not over the top. Servers were considerate, although the restaurant volume made communication a bit rough. I expected more flavor and a bit more 'oomph' for the price point. Also, the entrees each come with a side salad, but it's not listed on the menu. The server pushed that no entrees had sides with them so we had to order; but then our dishes showed up with a salad on the plate...
Amazing experience as always. Great atmosphere, large portions to share and amazing service. Always recommend Calissa for your fine dining experience!

For the amount of money we Spent, the food was very average. Fish was dry. Would not go again. Went with other parties and we all Agreed that it was sub par.
The food was just ok, service was good but the volume!!! There must have been 3 or 4 large groups Saturday night and it was excruciatingly loud. We couldn't hear ourselves think let alone talk to each other. I would not go there again with that level of noise
We had a reservation for a birthday dinner and when we showed up they were closed and there was no notice to us.
Great food. Greek salad. Octopus. Tiger shrimp. Lamb chops. Swordfish. I was pleasantly surprised. Turns into a clubish scene after 10pm. Good sound system. Great staff. Although the backyard looks a little too casual. Eat at the bar or in the restaurant
We enjoyed our meal and drinks at Calissa! We were sitting outside which was chilly but they had heaters
