Excellent 4 course prix fixe dinner, with many choices. We were a party of six people, and we all thought our selections were excellent. It was very quiet there on a Wednesday night in December. Very nice ambience.

The lamb chops were unevenly cut so they arrived at different levels of doneness. The pork chop was like a piece of wood. The zucchini chips were perfect as was the greek salad and fries.

Calissa has truly become one of my favorite year-round spots in the Hamptons. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is gorgeous, and the team makes you feel taken care of from the second you walk in. I recently went for their Winter Chalet and had such a great time. The whole après-ski setup is super cozy, wintery, and so well done. Between the cocktails, the warm lighting, and the ski-lodge feel, it honestly felt like a little getaway in the middle of Water Mill. The...
