Such a cute spot! Loved the food! The waiters were amazing and accommodating, they made my brunch perfect! Went with friends and my small dog! Amazing vibe and better Coffee!
Parking: Food and coffee were great! Lots of people flowing in and out so we waiting for customers to leave, which was fairly quickly. Lots of outside seating too! Dog friendly!

Water Mill location is my go-to lunch place in the Hamptons. Sizzling fajitas platter is excellent. Good coffee in cereal bowl sized cups. Vegetarian and vegan options.
Vegetarian options: Oat and almond milks for coffee. Vegetable burritos and fajitas, Veggie and Beyond Meat burgers, vegan cheese.

I ofcourse.. a lrg latte 2% milk. Bae is trying the caramel cold brew. Both are very delicious.
