Kissaki Sushi in Water Mill is always a great experience. The restaurant is clean and modern and the staff is friendly and attentive. The tuna avocado roll was incredible. It was fresh, smooth, and full of flavor. Easily one of the best things I have had there. I also tried the wagyu fried rice and it was just as impressive. This place is exceptionally good great vibe, but do yourself a favor don’t go on a Saturday when is a party. You won’t be able to enjoy the food and it’s something to be enjoyed. Wagyu fried rice is the way to go

The best sushi restaurant! The waitstaff was truly amazing! They know their food. I was with someone who had celiac disease and they were constantly reminding us what was gluten free and what wasn’t. I was really impressed with our waiter. The food was truly amazing.
