Bad Burro coffee company

The coffee was great and the breakfast burrito was hot and filled with eggs, sausage, cheese etc. Very tasty.

Had a delicious 32oz Iced Vanilla Latte, a sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin that was perfectly made, and a recommendation for a local mechanic! Lovely staff, and quality food and drink.

Coffee was ok at best, very weak and lacked flavor. Lady with blonde hair and glasses seemed like she didn't want to be there and had better things to do, it was our first time there and she didn't offer any help other than handing us a menu when asked about flavors. Wouldn't recommend going out of your way to try this, just not worth the price and hassle for a bland coffee. Go to Dunkin or even, McDonalds....

Stopped with my sister in law for coffee before a trip to Rochester. My nephew was in the back yelling because he thought it was an ice cream place…. They were so sweet and gave him a little cup of whipped cream and sprinkles as an ice cream substitute. This was the best customer service ever ❤️

My first time going there was a blonde girl working in the window, my boyfriend and I wanted to check this place out as it’s only a few minutes down the road. We pull up and she instantly asked what we wanted to order, I had let her know that I wasn’t sure what I wanted here yet and had no idea what to get, she then tells my boyfriend to let her know when he’s ready and walked away. We’re sitting there for 4-5 minutes just waiting for her to get back, no flavors on the menu, she didn’t offer to help me or inform me anything about the place or what they offer. She comes back with attitude and asked if we were ready yet. I then tell her I’m still not ready because I have no idea what flavors they offer and asked her if she knew what they had inside or what was good, she then just mean mugs me and shoves a paper with the flavors in the car reached over my boyfriend very strongly to give me the flavor menu. I asked for a large iced coffee with marshmallow drizzle(which is a $1.00 up charge) and she comes back with the tiniest amount of drizzle in my cup, had attitude every time I went to talk to her and ignored all my please and thank yous but surely chatted up my man. Awful customer service! Very unfortunate and unprofessional :/

I ordered a breakfast burrito, iced vanilla latte, and frozen hot chocolate - all very tasty! Fast, friendly, and fantastic 😋
