Bella's Seneca Lake Steakhouse

Six of us stopped in here for dinner and enjoyed the salad bar, great entrees and friendly service. I’d say we will be back but we are just passing through from Illinois. But…if we are ever back in the area we won’t hesitate to pay another visit.

the crab cakes were mushy and gross! the prime rib was very thin and very tough no flavor except for the Char-Broil on the outer part of the prime rib I guess you would call it! this was my first experience going there and unfortunately I will not be going back again terrible

Tired tonight first time.
Waitress was very polite, nice and attentive.
For a Friday night bar has no orange juice in stock, highly concerning and unacceptable.
Ordered the $45.00 ribeye steak with onions and mushrooms.
The baked potato which is always the side kick to a good steak was absent. Waitress stated they ran out ?
It's a steak house they claim unbelievably unacceptable again.
Ordered steak rare to medium cooked.
Steak arrived heavily covered in mostly burnt, real burnt onion and mushrooms.
Steak it self also way over cooked, nothing like what was ordered.
Tough, very dry just horrible sadly.
I would highly not recommend this steak house for the monet being charged nor shall I return

When trying a new restaurant it's a chance one takes, live and learn.
However had I Googled your restaurant in advance I'd known better by previous reviews.
Seems your cook has a very bad habit of overcooking, hint, hint.

Parking: Plenty of parking, very small amount of people for a Friday night
Parking lot could surely use some tlc, many potholes to navigate around.

We gave Bella’s a second chance after they changed chefs, however the lack of seasoning and n their meat must be ownership driven. If you like plain bland steak, this might be for you. However if you like dishes with a blend of spice and seasoning, you will not find it at Bella’s.

The best part of our meal was the salad bar, both of our steaks delmonico and strip had no seasoning and tasteless. We had the same problem with their prime rib on a previous visit.

We have been to Bellas many times, in all of our visits we have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. Besides great food, we have always had great, friendly service, we also like that they still have a salad bar here, so many restaurants got rid of salad bars. I definitely recommend Bella's whenever it's brought up or if someone is looking for a nice date night spot. I like that the seating is spaced out so you're not distracted from the person you're with. The interior is dated but it's always clean and looks well kept so don't let appearances fool you, a clean dining room shows that they actually care about cleanliness and that the kitchen is probably clean as well.

Arrived 2 hours before closing and was told they decided to close the kitchen early. I guess they forget they have ads and listings with a menu, location and business hours. I'm not wasting NY time guessing if they are open or not. Skip this place. Not worth the empty trip.

My wife and I are in town for a concert and we decided give you a try. We were extremely disappointed on two fronts: SERVICE and FOOD QUALITY. The server was overwhelmed because of staffing shortage. But worse yet, both my wife and I had RAW food. Her Chicken French had raw chicken and my steak was still mooing from being raw. The waiter didn't even check up on our meals. We left hungry. And no manager on duty!

The place is large, you can reserve, the dishes are quite large, however, in my case, the wait for what I ordered to arrive was approximately 1 hour, which I considered quite a bit.

We celebrated a birthday last night. The 4 of us took advantage of the $24.99 3 course special; three 10 oz ribeyes and one 4 oz tenderloin. The dinners and service were great. We will definitely be back!

No bartender, we were forgotten at our table ,waiter made a mistake on our order then brought food 2 minutes after bringing appetizers bottom line DISAPPOINTED 😞

Went on a weds night. Made reservations for 530. The staff was wonderful. The salad bar was great. We got the steak and sweet potatoes great. Ny cheese cake. Can't wait to go back....

Hubby and I ate here last week. The food is great. We had a very nice server. There was another young man waiter who kept walking past me very quickly and brushing up against me. He brushed against the side of my face with his elbow and didn’t even notice. My husband stopped him and told him that he was doing this and he apologized. Then he continued to do it. I ended up moving to the other side of the table and sitting next to my husband. The same waiter still brushed up against our table now every time he walked by. It made me super uncomfortable and I had a hard time enjoying myself and my food because of it. We asked our waiter to please move us and he obliged. The rest of our experience was great. All the food delicious. I love the clams casino supper delicious!
