So the seating, it was only two of us and they wanted us to sit in these like club chairs, with both of us only being about 5 foot tall the table was coming mid chest length so that didn't work out too well. Then they wanted us to go sit in these high top Chairs. With which my bad back, I was having a hard time getting in the chair also because I'm 5 foot tall and once I was in the chair, I could not get it moved up close enough to the table, so they sat us in straight up chairs at a table That was actually for four people so they were not happy with that. They did not have great seating areas in my opinion. My fish fry meal was absolutely delicious except for one thing the tartar sauce they gave me had something very hot, like a jalapeño, which burned my mouth, I could never get rid of the taste of that burning mouth and throat the whole rest of the meal. Our waitress checked with the kitchen and with other patrons who had the tartar sauce, and nobody had an issue but mine. Our waitress was wonderful, Dina, she was so nice and accommodating. 

Worst sportsbook in NY for wagering. Low betting limits and horrible cashout option. They can't even come close to competing with the other NY sportsbooks. If you are winning your wager they won't let you cashout, hoping you lose your bet!! Stay away, go to another casino! Del lago really went downhill when they brought in this owner and sportsbook!!

Food and service were very good. Beer selection has greatly degraded over the past month. Local breweries that used to included are no longer available at the bar. Need to get New York state IPA's.

Not a fan of the new menu! Many favorites missing, Oriental Salad, Caesar Salad, Pepperoni flatbread pizza, Ruben sandwich 🥹 Ashley and Jean are outstanding!

It's not really a place I would go out of my way to go to. Food selections were mehh.

Service was terrible...very slow.....and chaotic. Food arrived lukewarm, but by then we just wanted OUT!

If there is a concert at the casino the restaurant has a limited menu which we were not informed about.

The service was lacking. The BBQ cowboy burger had very little BBQ on it. Unfortunately our waitress never came back during our whole meal to ask how it was or if we needed anything. When she did finally come back she had the bill and when we asked for more water, as our cups were empty by this time she disappeared. After 10mins of waiting on water we went to the bar to get a refill. Food was ok but it's not something I will be craving anytime soon.

Service and food delivery was very slow. Waited 10min for our drinks and 45 min for tacos and onion rings and fries. Will not visit again

45 minutes between my first beer and being able to get a second, the service was beyond slow.

2 stars for a tasty burger.

Food was cold. Service was subpar. Design wasn't conducive to watching the TVs which is pretty much the reason for a spots bar. Drink tasted watered down.

It's ok. Food is nothing to fancy or special. I think they need more wait staff because our waitress was so busy. She was nice but she was sometimes no where is sight (or any waitress) and didn't check on us.

We had a great server (Brendan). The wait time was ridiculous even though we reserved a table. Finally a passerby worker told us to sit where we wanted (several tables were open). Just very disorganized however our server was the best so far. He was very attentive . It's a great place just need more employee's.

This was a disappointing dining experience.  While it's great to have the sports bar atmosphere, they really fall short in terms of being a restaurant. The food is fine, but it's hard to get past the fact that drinks are served in plastic cups and the plastic utensils and tiny paper napkin come in pre-packaged plastic bag. It felt like we were at a stadium or in a food court, not in a restaurant.

False advertising we went online and looked at your dinner menu. The waitress explained to us that oh sorry we're short of weight staff so we can't serve all the items on the menu and it was a very small bar menu. My Caesar salad was horrible. They used all of the tough parts of the Romain lettuce that are on the very end, the chicken was horrible. You asked my opinion so here you go.
