My girlfriend and I choose the Sportsbook @ Del Largo as our destination for the Superbowl. Although this is for sure the craziest sports day the staff and amenities did not disappoint. It is our intention to return during March Madness and enjoy the surrounding again.

Went for dinner and a ton of food that was online was not available for the dinner menu. By the time we realized it all places were booked so we could not go anywhere else. Food was not right when it came out took forever to get the waitress to come back about the food being wrong . She pretty much said there was nothing that could be done they were busy.

Main criticism is that you get a limited menu when there is a show that evening. Instead of full menu, you can only choose from limited late night menu. Even if it's 4:30 in the afternoon.
Service was truly bad it wasn't crowded and they didn't seem under staffed yet service was Soooooo slow it even took over 15 mins for her to run our credit card so we could leave what should of been a couple of quick burgers took 2 hours The food was ok nothing spectacular but tasted fine The fries were barely warm but I think that's because she took so long to bring us our food.

Waitress seemed uninterested. Ordered potatoes skins, said she thought the oven was broken and would get back to us, never did so we didn't have the option to order a different appetizer. Never asked if we wanted drink refills. Waitress went MIA, had to wait forever to get our check after we ate.

We were very pleased with our service and our meal. The only disappointment was the limited menu items, due to the show that night. The menu online was different than when we arrived. Had I known this, I may have gone somewhere else. We were looking forward to the firecracker shrimp (an easy item to make) I was surprised it wasn't offered on the app menu. Thank you.

Our server, Amber was outstanding! Saw too many people sitting in the back sleeping. Some people had food from other venues, brought it in to Twin Spires to eat, what's with that? We go there often and enjoy the people, Jean is our favorite server!

Wife ordered the Asian salad with fried chicken and the chicken that was in the salad was not warm. like it was setting out for a long time. Sent back to kitchen and asked or it to be heated. It returned with the same cold chicken but they added another separate bowl of heated chicken. I ordered the fish fry and it was very very good.

Fast service, efficient and friendly server. Food was typical bar food with typical pricing. Decent draft beer selection. Awful mixed drinks- sugary with cheap liquor and in plastic cups.

We were very disappointed to have a 6:00 reservation and be served the “late night menu”. We expected to have dinner from the large menu online but the menu was very limited. We came to the casino for a show at 8:00 and got there early so we could enjoy dinner. Next time we will eat at a restaurant elsewhere before coming to a show.
It took over an hour to give us 1 appetizer. It took 30 minutes to get 2 bottled beers & then the waiter never did anything for us when the bill came out. We were there for my husbands birthday. Very disappointed.

Tuesday nights awesome service. Rest of the week terrible. Sunday my parents got there food 15 minutes before I did. Wednesday night just by myself I waited 15 to 20 minutes and no one came to wait on me. Very unorganized wait staff. One 1 waitress we get excellent service from on Tuesday nights. She needs a big raise.

During football season; along with any sporting event. del Largo is the only place to watch live events. The food is fantastic, atmosphere is out of this world. Wait staff is professional and prompt, always attentive to your every neeed. Robert

Food was wonderful, had a long wait to get a drink order, found out it was a staffing issue. Was comped the drinks, which was very much appreciated. Disappointed that we could not see the Buffalo Bills game as they had issues with getting the game.
Not to good today the cook did not cook my fish to perfection and I waited more than 30 mins for it as I told or asked the waitress to have the cook cook the fish xxx well done and it was not when I received it so I sent it back and then the head man came out after 35 mins only to say they cannot cook it for 25 mins but when they don't cook. The fish well we'll done the batter is not cooked and I cannot eat the middle part of the fish so I loose and still have to pay I want my fish well done crispy
