I placed my order on the app and when I arrived the lobby was locked up tight and I had to wait in the drive thru for 35 mins. Absolutely unacceptable.

Just wanted a coffee. Went through drive thru and sat at the speaker. There was nobody there 🤷🏻‍♂️

No customers at the time either.

Don't waste their time i guess. I heard someone fumble with their headset and say there's someone at the window but they were laughing so i just left

As a customer that frequently visits Dunkin, this location was the absolute worst. I placed my order through the app as a mobile order. I went inside to pick up my order and sat for over 30 mins waiting. I watched many people come in and leave without ordering because they got tired of waiting for their orders to even be taken. Once i received my order, it wasn't correct. I informed the girl my order was messed up and i received attitude like i was inconveniencing them. Ive put in an email in regards to this issue and have yet to hear anything. Corporate says the location owner claims they attempted to contact me, but yet i havent received anything. All of my information on file is correct, yet still nothing. Starting to think I'm going to need to find another place to go for my coffee as this is unacceptable customer service. Wish i could rate it less stars but since the minimum is 1, ill just mark 1. I do not recommend the Waterloo NY location at all.

Terrible service. I don’t let peoples ignorance get to me. As much as my pride wants to jump back I know there’s power in calm. I’d never be pressed enough for DD, to come to this location again.

Placed a mobile order to pick up in drive thru. Line was ridiculous and clients were waiting forever to get even place their order.
I left the drive thru line and walked in. There was a couple ahead of me. I told the cashier I had a mobile order and she said the drink was ready but the food was still being worked on.
While I waited, I watched more and more people leaving drive thru - some of which must have been mobile orders they paid for as the line was so long. The windows and doors were filthy and when my food finally came out it was cold. There were at least 10 orders sitting at the drive thru waiting to be picked up that were equally as cold.

No doughnut holes no doughnuts please tell me how this Dunkin never has doughnuts. I went 3x since they have opened.I live nearby and each time I went no doughnuts no holes! I was in disbelief the first time and went inside what a dirty filthy mess for a new store floors were disgusting trash can inside and out overflowing.The second time I went the lady on the intercom tells me she's the only person running the store and all the online app ordering took all the doughnuts. Whom ever is the franchise owner of this store I highly recommend to get management that is well trained. Get staff that can actually work not play with their cell phone and prioritize customer service. Most of all provide the food you advertise. If I could give zero stars I would!

OK experience, but will definitely check out other Dunkin‘s before this location… the drive-through cashier laughed and laughed and could hardly take my order.
Then he told me to pull up to the next window to pick up .There was no cars behind me.,And I waited 20 minutes just for a cold drink!

Ordered two wraps…the first was still cold with frozen egg and all contents were just inside of the bag without even being assembled….the second had dirty napkins inside of the wrap itself….just get your coffee fix from the loves gas station
