I can't tell you about the food because I left after waiting 15 minutes just to order. The girl behind the counter was very rude and nasty. All I said was, "Excuse me." She said I'll get there when I get there. So me and 3 customers left. As for the atmosphere, there were tiles missing from the ceiling. The place needs a major overhaul from staff to restaurant.

Very bad service. Cashier was eating Mcdonalds and taking orders, swearing . Our food took forever and cashier dopped stuff on the floor and tried putting it on our tray. Then food was missing things. Got attitude from manger when we wanted our money back. This place has gone down hill. I do not recommend this place.

Was not the best KFC / TacoBell food today, but there weren't many restaurant options for me and my co-worker as a lot of restaurants in the area are closed on Monday. So this was across the street from our hotel, so we stopped in for some fast food. The young lady at the counter was very nice.

tried to order a 3pc and 5pc tender dinner but they were out of fries so instead of a discount we were told we'd be charged more for 8 pieces unless we took the mashed potatoes. manager and window person were very rude. and when we spoke louder because they said they couldn't hear us we were accused of yelling. NEVER AGAIN

Sat in the drive thru over 20 minutes with 1 car ahead of me that they let sit at there window for 15 mins instead of asking them to pull off since there food was gonna take so long. All they had to say was they don’t care horrible service.

So we stopped here an hour and a half before they closed and were told that they did not have any chicken and were not making anymore!! Seriously, people!! That sounds bad for business and makes you look lazy!! Grrrr.....

We waited almost 20 min in drive thru. The two 5 layer burritos had very little actual filling. They didn't give us the fries with the meal we got and the potato bowl was less than half of the bowl and only 4 pieces of chicken. I have never had such horrible service. Your store just repeatedly gets worse every time. Ridiculous.

This place has kinda gone to the dump in the last few months ? the lobby looks like it might be cleaned once a week ? and the bathrooms are even worse with literally puddles on the floor ? I ordered a famous bowl with extra chicken and it had 4 pieces on. The atmosphere is terrible. Everyone acts like their mom just died, and they have to go straight to her funeral when they get off work.
