I ordered cheesy bean and rice burritos from Taco Bell that were okay 🤷🏼♀️ the tortilla itself tasted old but I managed to eat it. My husband however who will eat basically anything only ate half of his famous bowl and wasn't impressed and decided to try his pot pie he was saving for later. It was so dry he could hardly mix it up and within the first couple of bites he but into a chicken bone. They have definitely went down hill and could do way better! I recommend the drive to the one in Geneva! I went there a month ago and literally ordered probably 10 different items and they were all good.

I placed an order for eat in, waited 25 mins while watching several other customers come in order and leave with food. By the time I finally got back to the counter, the lady working was extremely apologetic, but the manager on duty acted annoyed that I was asking for a refund. Waiting 30 mins to not even have the food started at a fast food restaurant is insane, but to be treated as if I was asking for something impossible is even worse. The service and food at this location is never outstanding, but tonight really takes the cake.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped in for the chicken tenders fill-up and was really impressed! The food was hot, fresh, and tasty and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Big thanks to the guy in the back named Mike was super nice and seemed to really care about the food coming out right. Appreciate the great service and good food!

The food here is good - nice moist chicken, creamy mashed potatoes and Love their coleslaw! And biscuits! It just isn't always consistent and the employees aren't the friendliest. But for a fast chicken meal, it's good. The Fill-Up boxes are Great - $7 for a meal with a drink is an unbeatable value. And if you do have a problem, KFC is quick to make it right. They refunded one of our meals recently, because I let them know one of the Fill-Up boxes was missing the biscuit and the dessert pastry was rubbery. So we'll give them another chance. It would be nice if the employees were friendly, it's sad that they hate their jobs that much. But that's kind of the way it is at a lot of places lately.
Chicken was extra greasy and dripped with oil. Drive through doesn’t move at all. Went inside after waiting ages, and there was no one at the counter. Took about 20 mins to pick up a simple mobile order.

Memorial day weekend- NO CHICKEN BREAST and a 15 minute wait (if I chose to wait). This is literally the FIFTH time this has happened. I mean you sell chicken right? WHY isn't there ALWAYS chicken available? It's not a 'one and done' either. It's ALWAYS a 15 minute wait and it happens CONSTANTLY. I was able to get a breast one afternoon and the meat was as dry as the bone it was attached to. Your review scores are in the 'proverbial' toilet for a reason. I live 2 minutes away and would be eating there 5 times per week (I do the low carb thing) IF YOU EVER HAD CHICKEN!!!!!! I will write corporate and see if that gets me anywhere. Imagine Taco Bell with no tacos, Arby's with no roast beef, McDonald's with no Big Macs, or Subway with no subs....that's apparently the norm for this place. UGH!
