It was about what you would expect for fast food, but overall the experience was quick, the food was hot, and there was only one mishap with not receiving part of our order, went back without a receipt and it was still quickly made and corrected.

I got screwed in the drive thru! It's been awhile and I know better but it happens I get it lol. I was not happy when I got home but the girl that I talked to when I called to complain handled it very well and I was back to smiling on my 2nd drive home.

The food that a friend and were given didn't taste very good because for one it was very greasy and to me tasted like the meat was old. After eating it I ended up in the rest room. KFC used to be a real good place to eat not any more. Between the prices and quality of the food it has gone down

Last few times ive had kfc not only is my food cold and biscuits are crusty (not soft and fresh like they should be) the chicken is either not cooked all the way or its so old and dry i cant eat itI refuse to goto the waterloo/seneca falls kfc anymore...

"You placed pickup in store you have to walk in" is the most pointless anti-customer rule... I'm already in the drive thru just give it to me.

The food is awesome. Always check your order if you go through the drive-thru. If you are missing an item 9 out 10 times, it's already prepared and just missed the trip into the bag. Clean dining area is a must with this establishment. I will always go back.
