Went through drive thru for today. Ordered 2 different kids meals, 1 actually was close to right, the other royaly messed up. Also ordered 3 different medium meals. 2 were all accurate, mine was all sorts of messed up. I ordered the snack wrap meal with 1 of each wrap. Got home and neither 1 had anything but chicken and lettuce, NO sauce. When I called the lady that answered didn't give a name, so I asked how do you expect people to give good feed back when you don't make the food the right way. She accused me of being rude and condescending and then said I'm hanging up. YES I said a few choice words as she didn't even ask what the problem was.

This is beyond ridiculous if the order taker can't listen to the orders properly then retrain them.
If people making the food can't read or follow directions, retrain them.
Get better management and MAYBE, just maybe employees would do there jobs.

I understand it's a mcdonald's, but nonetheless - believe the poor reviews. Showed up to pick up a mobile app - they didn't even have it on their system. Waited at the first window for 5 minutes, with cars piling up behind me - nobody knew what to do. Parked my car, got out, and into the store - stood there for a full 10 more minutes, with two workers walking back and forth making eye contact with me - but doing nothing. Finally had to ask about my order yet again - shows up. Never been to a McDonald's with this many problems.

Don’t go there for breakfast, they make up the cut off time as they go. I was just there at 10:40am, 20 minutes before breakfast ends allegedly and the man in front of me in drive thru ordered hotcakes and other breakfast items. When I pulled up to the window I was told no they’re aren’t serving breakfast. This isn’t the first time this location has given me trouble over breakfast. I just wanted a hash brown.
