The place was disgusting. Nobody had cleaned in days. My family and I ordered our meal at the kiosk. First let me say that back in the day there was always someone to greet the customer coming into the dining room. Not nowadays not a person in sight. I waited fifteen minutes then I went up to the empty counter and yelled to the back. Can I get the food I ordered. And the girl brings me my food that is obviously just sitting there. The food was cold and the service was just as good. I'll never go to this McDonald's again. My family and I tell everyone that is traveling to avoid this dump.

Staff filled 1/3 of the total order.We were told that if we didn't stop attempting to address what was missing and what wasn't, the manager would put all the food in a bag and call the cops.That's an inappropriate response that feels retaliatory.It's okay to make a mistake.It's not okay to be punitive and threaten law enforcement during crucial conversations.We are still missing items from my son's Happy Meal.

The Manager that was there at 7:30pm is extremely rude and refused her name and customer service got a completely wrong order and the person that handed me the order was extremely rude and kept swearing along with another coworker.

This right here is what $6 coffee looks like from this place. When taking my order I asked for extra mocha and add caramel drizzle. They couldn’t even be bothered to do the caramel drizzle or to even fill the cup all the way. What a joke! Guess I have to find a new place to get my coffee everyday!

I asked for ketchup only, all 3 hamburgers for my kids had onions and pickles. Never got the mcflurries that I ordered either. I haven't gotten a correct order from that place in the past 2 or 3 visits.
It was not that busy and had to wait 45 minutes for three iced coffees and 4 double cheese burgers . It was really frustrating watching people order and get their things and leave while we still waited m not happy at all with this McDonald'
