Patrick was an outstanding server and offered appropriate recommendations about the menu items, the wait time in the kitchen and bar, and helped us to the show on time. The restaurant is clearly understaffed in the kitchen and the bar. Food was flavorful and fresh.

Great service and food as always! Drinks and bottle service as expected in high class restaurant! We will be back!

Very high prices for mediocre food. Bread was cold like it had just come out of the fridge. We ordered vegetables as a side with our steak. We received a bowl of raw red cabbage. We probably would have let everything go if it wasn't for that. The meatball was cold too. They did remove those 2 items from our bill. Service was very good. I think that the staff was as frustrated as we were with what they are given to serve.

The restaurant was freezing and the food was not good quality for the inflated price. Our server was attentive and sweet.

Service is always good w Michelle. However a little disappointed on one of appetizers we got. The wagyu meatball was kinda dry and much smaller than usual. On top of that, chef's specials dinner entrees groupers was flavorless and chewy w quite strong fishy smells in first bite. On the other special Saturday entree Osso Bucco was on point, delicious and flavorful.

Stayed at the casino for our anniversary. The food was way too expensive for the quality plus sides were purchased separately. I got the grouper which was the catch of the day. It was under done with a lot of bones in the fish still and it was way to buttery with no seasoning on it. My wife got the meat ball which she enjoyed but again just way too over priced in our opinion for the quality of food. Cheesecake was lovely and the server did great.

Food was cold Service was terrible Have been there before and everything was great Host or manager had an attitude She asked my friend if we wanted coffee or anything He said no We ordered the 50 meal that included dessert So she cancelled our dessert with our waitress It took over 30 minutes to get our dessert Waitress at least apologized for the long wait We did have to ask a supervisor to send our waitress over She did not come to our table for 30 minutes to check up on us That manager or host needs to be told she can't talk to customer the way she did She told me at least I am trying to make you happy

We were celebrating our anniversary. We were seated in a quiet area away from others and it made it very easy to enjoy the ambience. Our server Sarah was amazing. She seemed to just show up at the perfect time and didn't rush us. Very friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had a good experience. The food was great, cooked perfectly, and came out as you would expect. Highly recommend.

After multiple visits to this establishment, the service was below par. Idk if the server was having a bad day, but her attentiveness and demeanor were unwelcoming.

For a supposed 5 star restaurant my meal was not cooked the way I ordered (meat was served medium well done while I asked for rare) and the dessert ice cream was cheap. Too much water and not enouch cream in their recipe so there were ice crystals. Also, flavor of the ice cream was not very good.

We LOVED our server Kelle! She is fantastic! She made my daughter's birthday dinner the best we have ever experienced! Food was great! Drinks were great! She even gave her a glass of champagne and came out with desert and candle as a surprise!! She made us all laugh! Thank you Kelle for making our night better!
