Our first time there to celebrate a birthday and we enjoyed ourselves. The table was perfect for two and the ambiance we savored. Our server, Brandy, was outstanding! Friendly, quick, and funny. The dirty martini's were made just the way we like them - filthy! ?? I had higher expectations for the Wagyu Meatball, don't get me wrong is was still good, but not as seasoned as I would have liked. The filet was cooked perfectly and the surprise mousse for my birthday guy was a very nice touch. French onion soup was spot on. We would absolutely come back, especially for the martinis ?- thank you ?

Server was pleasant and provided good service throughout. We ordered the king crab legs and they were really big, but more fishy than sweet. We ordered our bone in ribeye medium rare, and it came rare. The canoli's were filled with whipped cream so were not what we expected from a canoli. The mashed potatoes were very good. The banana cream pie was very good, and the tomato bisque soup was very good.

Eaten here many times, always a good experience. Not this time. 7:15, reservations, checked in at 6:55, told to come back as they were seating right on time. Bar was 3/4 empty but she said no seats available to sit at bar and wait. Came back at 7:15, seated right away. Restaurant half empty. Entrees were brought before finished with appetizers, had to juggle plates at table. Food not eaten, calamari greasy, caesar salad lettuce bitter tasting. They did take them off the bill but still....

Food was delicious. The only problem was the speed in which everything was served. Our meals were brought to us before we had finished our soup and salad. When we commented on it the manager said it was because it was a show night and everything is served faster. We were not going to a show so had plenty of time. It was a rushed experience all around

Outstanding! Always greeted by Rene the hostess and all the bartenders. Jane took care of us and as always service was spectacular! She is an amazing bartender. As are all of the bartenders there. They all offer spectacular service. It's a special place. Are meals were great and prepared with perfection. Job well done by all.

In a largely empty dining room, the food service was quite slow. Well over an hour from order to food delivery to the table. The service otherwise was very nice and it's rarely the server's fault for kitchen delays. The wine was just average and bland. I think the better wine selections required our winning some jackpot in the adjoining casino. Would definitely return, minor quibbling notwithstanding.

The food was amazing! But the service was terrible! I took 45 minutes to get the one appetizer of a meatball then about almost 40 minutes to get the entree, which had one of the sides come out cold. When we spoke to the manager she was not helpful and did not offer to help with the bill. The waitress was serving all the tables that came in after us and didn't help us. We think she didn't put our order in because once we said something about the appetizer it was brought out 10 minutes later. Go for the food but avoid the blonde waitress.

We have been to portico 5 times now. It's definitely pricey but usually well worth it! This previous time we went on Saturday with two friends. The calamari appetizer was phenomenal. The main course lacked a lot. I got the smaller ribeye. It was so flavorless I only ate 1/3 of it and didn't take the other 2/3 home. $64 for a steak should wow you. The large mashed potatoes that we have gotten every time seemed to be A LOT smaller than normal. We usually cannot put a dent in them. There were 5-6 spoonfuls max in the container. I am very perplexed by this. For a $250 check the meal lacked a lot. I think we're going to sit this restaurant out for a while. Quality has gone down a lot. Service was great but the food really really lacked so much.

Great food and very good service. As is with most casino restaurants, this place is inconsistent based on how many people are there. They also eliminated my favorite steak from the menu, which is disappointing but everything I have had here has been good.

We have always had good meals there but this time the Calamria was not the best, we let our server know and it was taken off by the manager, it was rubbery and coated heavley with seemed like corn meal.

We always look forward to dining at Potico whenever we go to DelLago. As a matter of fact, we only go when we can dine at Portico. The service is wonderful and the staff treats us as friends. Kelly , our server, takes great care with our dining and experience.

I would rate them higher but it's very hard to get a reservation or a call back.

The calamari was incompetent prepared. Tough and flavorless. That said, said the Carbonara was exceptional -- really outstanding. But I was surprised I had to ask for freshly ground black pepper and Parmigiano Reggiano. They should have been offered up immediately. Was also surprised, given that it was Easter, that there wasn't a lamb special on the menu. Disappointing. Your prices suggest a higher level experience and that was not was not what was delivered.

Ordered an appetizer, never received it. Entrees came and then were asked if we wanted the appetizer still and we declined since we had our entrees. They took it off the bill and offered a dessert on the house. We were out of water for a while and never asked if we wanted more. The bolognese was bland not flavorful at all. Won't be back for sure.

We ate there prior to Matt Rife comedy show. Olivia was our server and she was fantastic. We appreciated that we were offered the full menu rather than a limited menu like last time. Food was excellent.
