Best experience I’ve ever had at a coffee shop! The owner (I think?) was so polite. He explained all the flavors of the syrups and let me try a sample of a flavor I have never tried, Irish cream. 10000/10 experience.

Sam's is becoming a tradition to end our day at the outlets. Our boys typically get ice cream. My wife & I opt for the chilled green tea. Absolutely delicious. You simply cannot say enough about how wonderful the service is!

The gentlemen that was working on the 4th of July is the epitome of customer service I would recommend everyone to go plus the smoothies are amazing i finished half a large before even getting to the car anyways thanks again I didn’t catch his name but I’m sure I’ll learn it because I’ll be back

Took a nice stroll through the Outlet Mall and stumbled upon a unique cafe that had a Bodega environment and an amazing experience! I wanted a smoothie, got a nice banana pineapple blend and an iced coconut mocha. Really great time chatting with Sam and he def made a new customer

Felt welcomed the moment we walked by the shop, coming in was pleasant & the worker was beyond sweet, some places work well because of location, this coffee spot has all tons of Knick knacks, tea, tumblers, and it helps the smell keeps you staying in. Will come back every time we swing by Waterloo. You will understand when you stop by, I’m sure lot of other customers agree!
