Does NOT accept SmashBurger GIFT CARDS or COUPONS!!! It took about 5 minutes for them to figure out that they couldn't accept official Smashburger coupons or email offers (they were going to call someone to see if they could make it work). It took another employee to step in to say they couldn't accept Smashburger gift cards either, so that was another 2 minutes. I left without ordering, but Smashburger usually served good food!

We had Bogota coupons buy one burger and get one free it cost us 25 outrageous i could have gone to sociale and got a better meal for that price we tried using coupons mailed to me they said we couldn't I tore them up then they said about logo coupons I said we were told before we couldn't use them by a manager they said smash burgers put they can use them as a joke what I guess I don't understand if you dont eat there you aren't missing anything except a belly ache from grease

Great casino , smash burger great franchise I visited multiple locations , maybe this one was having a bad day or maybe I came at the Wrong time , but the staff was extremely irritated with taking orders , the manger was great at resolving the issues , cashiers really short n snapping , not happy to be at work , n customer service is the last thing on their mind while dealing with making the public food , I was completely disgusted and embarrassed over no bacon on a sandwich they took the sandwich n removed the bacon never made a new sandwich and wrapped it back up in front of my face as if I was being a jerk asking for no bacon , I’m Allergic they told em I had to tell them that ahead of time n they would make a new sandwich then I couldn’t believe it n the waiter gave me the hardest time to get a refund I almost knocked a chair over they had to call security good food walk lite with the staff they are not happy to help assist feeding people actively gambling at the casino worst experiences But Yal might have a different experience we are native to this land

OUTSTANDING!!! First off...I LOVE Smashburger! I got my food quickly, with a smile from the friendly staff! The burger tasted awesome and was nice and hot! Lots of fries!! I've been here many times, and I've loved it every time! BTW...ignore the haters leaving spiteful, nasty, UNTRUTHFUL comments!! They're liars! This place ROCKS!!

Very disappointed..waited 45 mins staff was very rude. Prices r too high for a burger smaller than bk tots were cold. No kids but u have kids menu? Disappointing all the way around.

I wish I could give zero stars. It's inside of a casino that doesn't have a separate entrance. If your kids are under 18 years old, they can not eat at the restaurant. Like, who was the clown who thought this one up? I could understand if it was a bar. But it's a burger joint that doesn't allow under 18 years old kids. The bouncer at the casino makes sure you are old enough to eat in a casino...
The parking lot was new and nice, though.
I have seen some reviews saying that their kids have eaten there. I'm not sure how they got past security? We discussed it, and he refused to allow the kids in. So the kids ate at Subway down the street.
