They have a smashed chicken burger on their menu and every single time I go there they are out of it. Very disappointing Take it off your menu

Love their food! There's been a few times issues with customer service and closing early or being out of stuff. Overall though still highly recommend. The smash fries are really good too.

OUTSTANDING!!! First off...I LOVE Smashburger! I got my food quickly, with a smile from the friendly staff! The burger tasted awesome and was nice and hot! Lots of fries!! I've been here many times, and I've loved it every time! BTW...ignore the haters leaving spiteful, nasty, UNTRUTHFUL comments!! They're liars! This place ROCKS!!

I wish I could give zero stars. It's inside of a casino that doesn't have a separate entrance. If your kids are under 18 years old, they can not eat at the restaurant. Like, who was the clown who thought this one up? I could understand if it was a bar. But it's a burger joint that doesn't allow under 18 years old kids. The bouncer at the casino makes sure you are old enough to eat in a casino...
The parking lot was new and nice, though.
I have seen some reviews saying that their kids have eaten there. I'm not sure how they got past security? We discussed it, and he refused to allow the kids in. So the kids ate at Subway down the street.

25+ min wait on 1 single + 1 fry.. there was no lines.. Others next toe were missing food ? I don't expect to be back !!!
The Smash Burger at the del Lago Casino food court is a must-try! The food is consistently amazing. The chicken sandwich is my go-to, always juicy and flavorful. The smash fries are a perfect side, crispy and well-seasoned. Highly recommend for a delicious meal!
The customer service at this establishment isn’t pleasant. I come here very often because my son ( who is 8) loves the burgers. Every time Paul or the pregnant girl is at cash register they are rude. My son likes lettuce and mayo on his kids burger and they refuse to put condiments. I know the policy is no condiments on kids meal, but when I say I am open to pay extra Big Back Paul still my refuses. The food is good and fresh and majority of the staff are friendly. But customer service training is needed for some

We weren't expecting much from this casino food court location. We were pleasantly surprised, burger didn't look that big but it was delicious. We will return to use our casino points.
