The customer service at this establishment isn’t pleasant. I come here very often because my son ( who is 8) loves the burgers. Every time Paul or the pregnant girl is at cash register they are rude. My son likes lettuce and mayo on his kids burger and they refuse to put condiments. I know the policy is no condiments on kids meal, but when I say I am open to pay extra Big Back Paul still my refuses. The food is good and fresh and majority of the staff are friendly. But customer service training is needed for some

We weren't expecting much from this casino food court location. We were pleasantly surprised, burger didn't look that big but it was delicious. We will return to use our casino points.

They would not except a gift card. The food was on a tray with a sheet of paper on the tray. No plates. This was Smash Burger is at Del Largo and was not happy the way we git our food. Got a cup, cut it to put the catsup in it for the french fries. Sorry, not exceptable. The food was good but will not eat at one again. The money that you pay for the food you would think you would get plates with it! Too bad.

Stood in line for 28 minutes, watching theemployees in back laughing and joking having a good time, paid $40 bucks for two severely undercooked bacon cheeseburgers and cold fries that seagulls in the parking lot wouldn't eat, never visiting this location again...

I waited 25 minutes just for a burger and tater tots, they don't go in order by who ordered first. My friend only got chicken tenders and she ordered right after me and didn't get hers until like 5 people after me. The workers are miserable and act like they don't want to be there.
Waited at the counter for someone to take my order for over 5 minutes 5 people in line behind me i gave up and left very poor

Waiting for a small French fries long time when I had 1 person in front of me ... they are talking between each other and do not hurry up ... I saw my fries ready waiting for long time in the window come on!
