We have been to Star Diner many times over the years. We went Monday, February 9 at 6:44 pm. The waitress was very young and more interested in her phone than us. We received menus immediately but waited and waited for her to take our order. Finally my husband just got up and went to the salad bar at which point he asked the waitress if she could take my order. After she got off her phone she took my order. At 7:04 she started taking down the salad bar. My husband asked her when the salad bar closed and she said 8:00 pm. So why was it taken down at 7;04. He only got one serving from the salad bar. It will be a while and we will think twice before returning.

First timer...had the seafood platter...huge scallops and shrimp...nice peice of haddock..fried clams well in this area, fried clams! My friend had liver and onions.. fantastic! My other friend had veal parm.. excellent! Waitstaff on the money! Will return! What a gem!

We only discovered this Gem of a diner Two years ago!! The food is always fresh and delicous!! The atmosphere is always welcoming. When we were new, we were amazed how many patrons asked us how we were and where were we from?? We have made many friends with staff and patrons over the years. Definitely worth checking out. During busy meal times we have had to wait up to 20 minutes for a table or booth to open up. Well worth the wait!! Truly⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stopped by this diner after spending time at the nearby outlets and were not disappointed! The waitress was friendly and kind. Easy parking. The menu is extensive with a lot of fun options! The French toast was delicious as were the eggs and hash browns. Definitely recommend!
