So after double checking with the cashier to ask if the beefy five layer burrito comes with lettuce or tomato on it and they said no I ended up getting lettuce and tomato on it this is the second time it's happened at a different location why are my beefy five layer burritos coming with lettuce and tomato on them all of a sudden?

The drive through employee mixed up the drinks. Ended up paying for an extra drink we didn't order. But the food was really good.

I've been going here for lunch on and off for a few years. Sadly services have been inconsistent. Drive-thru tends to be reasonably quick but staff communication needs to improve to move the line faster. Service at the indoor counter unfortunately tends to be fairly slow. I tend to avoid it during lunch hour if I'm in a hurry. Food is typical of the chain and reasonably well prepared.
Parking: This location is on a corner so it has two separate entrances which makes it relatively easy to get to and get out of.

Mu lady went here for lunch got the wrong order then then when she goes back in to get the right order employees are playing on there phone then they gave her a sloopy messed up looking crunch wrap supreme. The place was not even busy there was one other car in the drive-thru. Im just saying if you don't wanna work dont work š¤· and this isent the firat time we have had theses problems here.

I honestly canāt believe how consistently awful this Taco Bell is. Itās like they make it a personal mission to mess up every single order I place. I canāt count the number of times Iāve asked for one thing and received something completely different. Do the employees even read the orders, or do they just randomly throw things into a bag and hope for the best? And donāt even get me started on how disgustingly dirty the place isāitās honestly a health hazard. The tables are sticky, trash is overflowing, and the floors look like they havenāt been mopped in days. Itās beyond gross, and yet they still expect people to eat there? The staff seems like they could care less, and it shows in both the terrible service and the complete lack of cleanliness. Iām never going back to this location. If I wanted to eat the wrong food in a filthy environment, Iād just make it myself in a dumpster.

That is because I waited 10 minutes at the counter trying to place an order when the very rude employee told me I had to wait while she took care of the drive-thru. There were people other than myself waiting to order. She just walked past like we were not there. I waited long enough that I and 3 other customers just walked out.

Lol, it should be called Taco Shells. I got a tablespoon of meat and lettuce no cheese in 5 tacos , the fact she made it and found it acceptable is laughable, it's fast food so my expectations are super low. You managed to set new records.š Bravo.

Bad. Really bad. Food was cold and soggy. Taco bell items are paper thin and more sauce than anything else.
Worst experience ever. Store is dirty and falling apart. Workers have no idea what they are doing. Mixing up orders, workers in the lobby goofing off know they are busy with customers. And people are waiting 25 mins to get their food. Workers not wearing gloves. And food was cold.

If I could give zero Stars that's what they'd get not even the one the customer service there is the worst! Weighted 27 minutes for my order and when I complained to the manager she was also rude! The whole place is dingy and dirty! Three of the co-workers were giggling and hugging each other in the back well the entire lobby area was full of customers waiting
