The service was slow, they were out ice for the beverages, the chicken nuggets were over cooked or dried out from sitting. The Manager was rude when we were ordering at the drive thru when I asked about ice. I went to the gas station in the loves stop and they let me get ice for our drinks.

They were not busy when we entered. There were 4 employees yet only 3 working, one appeared to be a ghost. She was in and out of sight continuously. Also very rude. The service was incredibly slow. The employee making the food was touching everything in sight then the food without changing his gloves. I think next time I'll drive to Syracuse on my way back home or even out of my way to Newark this establishment was worse than most and we travel all over the US.

order 2 burgers through doordash. Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Ketchup i get Bacon ,ONION, Tomato, Ketchup i get it though, LETTUCE and ONION are both so similar i can see the mistake. this was the last straw though. last 4 orders over the last 2 weeks, all 4 wrong. INCLUDING "PLAIN" having nothing on it but mayo...on a sandwich that didnt even mayo in the first place. Done with wendys, so far not a single problem with Burger King so guess who is getting my business from now on.

Me and my significant other appreciate that this location is open 24 hours because we work late and nothing else is open. 50/50 chance you will hear night crew employees scream-arguing. I’m not sure what goes down internally at that Wendy’s but I feel bad for everyone involved. What could possibly be happening back there to cause so much chaos and conflict? 😭
I just ordered from here and frankly, they got it all wrong besides the chicken nuggets and fries. Was supposed to have a Dave's single apart of the 2 for 7, which I did not receive the burger instead received a 2nd chicken sandwich. All the customizations I asked for on the sandwiches was completely avoided. Overall not pleased with this Wendy's.

Food is consistently good, service is spotty at best, never give receipts for kiosk orders even though the kiosk says they will put it in your bag, which is what really irritates me. A lot of drivers expense or write off meals, and they make a huge deal out of printing one for you.

Food is always served hot and fresh, no what time of day. Staff is friendly. Clean and easy to access parking lot. Connected to a Love's gas station. Just off the thruway, easy off and back on. Drive thru is open late. ADA accessible.
