1 star is way too much! Stopped to get 1 order if fries, 2 frosties. Was told may be delay. Waited 10 minutes to place my order. Waited over 15 minutes and then people that ordered after me got their orders. Asked for a refund and one worker had a bad attitude!
Called next day and god a great song and dance from someone who was supposedly the manager. Filled out complaint on line and they said some one will call, but that has not happened.
If you are in a hurry for fast food, go somewhere else!!!

The drive thru lane didn’t move for over 10 minutes. I gave up and drove away.
I stopped in for breakfast and had to go inside because I was driving a truck that was too tall for the drive up window. On entering I noted another customer waiting to place his order. We both watched the employee serve people in the drive through while we waited. After about 5 minutes of her making eye contact with us but NOT offering to take our orders we left. I noted the drive through fid NOT have a long line. There was 1 car placing an order and 1 at the window. If the dining room was not open the signage should indicate that.

I’ll give them a few stars for cleanliness. However, the customer experience was lacking. We ordered breakfast on our way from Buffalo to Cooperstown on our trip from the West Coast. First, two of the three coffees were wrong. I could tell they didn’t have cream. I asked about it. It was supposed to be a medium chocolate cold brew with cream and a large chocolate cold foam. They brought both medium chocolate cold brews (no cream.) While waiting, I heard the employees discussing how they didn’t know how to make the cold foam. So I guess they just didn’t. Because they brought me two chocolate cold brews. When I told them that they were wrong, they said “are you sure?” Pretty sure I know what I ordered. That’s when I asked for a receipt. The cashier had to get a manager to figure out how to print a receipt even though the kiosk said it would be in the bag. They gave me a little cup of cream. I wasn’t going to fuss about the cold foam, since there were other people waiting in the lobby and I wasn’t trying to cause a scene. I creamed up our coffees and we got on the road. Heading down the road, we noticed our burritos were smaller than normal. Bit into them, and there was no egg. How can one wrap a breakfast burrito with only bacon, potatoes and sauce and not notice there’s no egg?!? And they didn’t put the cholula sauce in the bag either. I don’t live in the area, so it’s doubtful I’ll ever go back there. But if I do come back, I’ll remember to not stop there!

Garbage pilening over staff were rude one employee that was taking orders were very rude had a rude nasty look on her didn't say anything until she had to her customer service skill is like a 1 the ketchup containers were empty I told her the ketchup was out she ignored me another customer spoke up qnd said she wanted ketchup that I said the ketchup was out she grabbed a handful and kinda tossed them on the counter I asked for some she flung off a receipt and didn't say nothing to neither one of us and just sat the ketchup packet container down and I had to grab what I wanted they messed up my order and my father order twice the baked potato was very nasty tasting

Came in with my annual Frosty tag today. Which allows me to get a free Junior frosty. I was told that this location does not honor the tags unless you purchase something? Travel across the country and I've never had that problem before I asked Bailey the counter person are you sure. And she said yep. As I was posting my review in Subway just outside the Wendy's building. I have to give the manager credit she did come and find me and say she would honor my annual tag. I had already decided I didn't want anything from this Wendy's because of my experience. I do use Wendy's across the country. However, Wendy's seems to be inconsistent with a lot of customer service programs lately. Get it together Wendy's

The cashier was not very pleasant. My kids asked politely if they could have their cups and she made them wait and then took care of other customers. She tried ripping us off a cup and to top it off I ordered a Baconator and they didn't put the bacon on it.

it was in a rest stop, no real sevice (kiosks), prices were very high, food was below average for the price.

This location is a work horse! They are always banging out fresh food. We stop often enough on our travels and only once did we have a wee bit off moment with a baked potato. They even gave me a container of ketchup instead of packets because I don't do those plastic drops of ketchup.

The service was slow, they were out ice for the beverages, the chicken nuggets were over cooked or dried out from sitting. The Manager was rude when we were ordering at the drive thru when I asked about ice. I went to the gas station in the loves stop and they let me get ice for our drinks.

they gave us a warm soda with no ice that was flat and potato wedges instead of fries. and there was HAIR ON THE FOOD. this place always has terrible service, and this is the worst it’s ever been.
