Visited for a quick bite to eat before heading back on the road after watching the IMSA race in June. We wanted something quick but somewhere with a nicer dining room, as we drove multiple cars and wanted to dine together. The restaurant was very busy considering the occasion, and the staff was very friendly and efficient despite being slammed. The food was excellent and came out fresh and cooked to perfection. They have a large condiment bar that offers tons of sauces to try with your meal! All in all, a great fast food experience!

I’m in the area for NASCAR weekend and I just wanted to give you guys a shout out because that was quite literally the best Arby’s sandwich I ever had! And I thought all the ladies working were all so friendly and nice! Thank you guys so much!!

3 of were there 20 minutes to closing 4/1/25. We had skipped lunch so we spent around $30 for the 3 adults. We asked the staff if we could eat there because we knew it was getting late. They were totally accommodating. They even brought out a small trash can for us to use so they could make sure the trash got out for the night. They were great and the food hit the spot. Thank you.

I always order through the phone app. There is usually some sort of discount. Orders are always done on time and as ordered. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Food was perfect, especially the poppers. The service was fast and neat complete with napkins since I went through the drive-thru.
This Arby's in Watkins Glen NY has to be the worse one ever. The assistant manger told me I couldn't order the wrap the way I wanted it with turkey and roast beef. She refused to make it. Even after I explained to her that not only could she but that they have several times in the past. The last time they wouldn't make it I called Arby's corporate office and they told this Arby's as long as I paid for the extra they could make it. So I had to call corporate yet again. She was the assistant manager and has worked there 5 years how does she not know her job yet and how is she an assistant manager?
