Poor service, inconsistent sized scoops that are pretty small for the price, and stale waffle cone that was $1.50 extra. I was disappointed that we went out of our way for this experience. It was clean though.

Non-dairy options clearly labeled and available. One sorbet and 2 creams. I had the strawberry ice cream and it was very tasty.

Tried the caramel macchiato milkshake here and honestly a bit disappointed. It was more on the watery side, not the thick creamy consistency you’d expect from a milkshake. Flavor was okay but the texture really threw it off. Expected better from Ben & Jerry’s.

Ice cream is delic. U can smell the waffle cones as u walk into the shop. They have numerous flavors including nondairy options. Definitely a good way to end the night

We were surprised to find this place within walking distance from our hotel. A small establishment but plenty of delicious ice cream choices. Some you can't find anywhere else. Of course it is expensive, but it is the best.

Ben and Jerry’s delicious ice cream served up whatever way you like it. While the place was busy we were served quickly. Well staffed with friendly and knowledgeable people. Stopped here after a visit to Watkins Glen State Park. Great way to treat ourselves after climbing the gorge and all 800 stairs!
