Stayed it Watkins glen with my mom and her friend, went here two nights in a row and had rude servers both nights. The second night we walked in and I used the restroom first and my party was rudely questioned if we’re just using the bathroom or actually going to order something, we left immediately. You think a town so small would treat their tourist a little better considering that’s half of their income, but no clearly that was not a priority for those girls

I get it. The sign at the entrance said short on help.
But over two hours for lunch for 6 is a little much. Several mistakes when the food was delivered. A few not prepared as requested. My burger special
Made me sick later. Didn’t set well 39 minutes after I ate it. The most bizarre policy: if you order water with food, they charge you. If you order a beer with food, you get a free water.

Food was not good mozzarella sticks , Tator tots were over cooked 3 out 4 in our party got sick after eating , also tossed a lot of food out would not recommend, I have reviewed and rated several places this one is by far the worst

Absolutely terrible service by far the worst experience. The tables were filthy, and it’s a disgrace that such a beautiful town ended up leaving us with such a bad impression. We had to wait over 15 minutes just to be seated, and no one seemed to care. Completely unacceptable.

Don’t waste the time … I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The level of customer service was poor, as the staff seemed inattentive and unprofessional. The hygiene and cleanliness of the place were also unacceptable …the tables, floors, and even the restroom were in bad condition. On top of that, the service was extremely slow, and it took far too long to get our order taken and served.

Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant due to the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and long delays.

After being seated the waitress brought the menus and never showed up again after waiting for about 20 minutes we walked towards the exit. As we walked out I asked her if I could speak to the owner or manager of that place. He/she did not show.

First time trying Bleachers. Was surprised at dinner time there were only two other tables ordering food. I ordered the Reuben and my sister ordered the lightly breaded fish sandwich and both did the fries for an additional $2.99. What a disappointment. The Reuben came in grilled marble rye which looked yellow from the grill and had hardly any corned beef or sauerkraut on it. The fish sandwich was anything but fresh and was battered not breaded. It looked like a frozen piece of fish taken out of a box .. the fries were weird, never seen anything like them and didn't have that French fries taste. Everything was unappetizing. The waitress Kim had the personality of a rock. When she took our money never asked if we needed change and didn't even say thank you until my sister said thank you. Needless to say we won't be going back and can understand why the place wasn't busy. It was nasty.

Went there, wasn't to busy. It picked up while we were there. We had a group of 8. Wouldn't separate the bill, so we divided 8 ways and they charged us some service charge which is like a scam!!! Shouldn't have left a tip. Waitress was misinformed on beer availability, never came back very often to check on our drinks. Nice place though, service could have been better.
