Typical neighborhood bar & grill. I've been here dozens of times when we visit Watkins Glen. The food is always good & the service has been great

Chicken sandwiches are processed chicken, fries and tator tots came out cold. Could have went to McDonalds for all that.

So bad service, I asked for coca with no ice so they gave me the half of the glass??? I also ask for mozzarella sticks and were completely freeze, they bring the wrong order and the waiter was so rude, the way she talked to us was completely rude and we think it’s because we speak spanish bc she was nice with the other tables! It’s so frustrating the service and the food was really bad, if you want good food and good service please don’t come here

Stopped here for lunch while racing up at Watkins Glen. Pleasantly surprised. Parking lot was a little tight but once we got inside it's a very open bar type atmosphere lots of TVs with all the games on. The wings were some of the best I've ever had in my life. Perfectly seasoned, crispy but not overcooked. The Burger was also very good. the Waitress friendly and wait times were very acceptable. Would definitely recommend for watching the game or a quick lunch

The food was excellent!! My only problem with the place was they didn't have enough wait staff. Our waitress was running around like a crazy person trying to keep up. I don't know if someone called off and they couldn't get extra help or what but our waitress was trying to keep up but she couldn't.

Place is disgusting!! I can’t believe the city hasn’t shut them down. I went into the rest room and there were roaches all over the ceiling. I came back out and told My husband and we left! I can only imagine what’s in the kitchen!!!

Several of us from the same bus tour came in separately. There were 4 tables of 4. We did not ask to, nor did we want to, be treated as a group; however, that’s exactly what the one waitress decided to do. It meant our food took much longer to come out. We tried getting our bills and paying, as we had somewhere else to be. The waitress was very rude and told us to go back to the table. When she finally got around to bringing our bills, she had them all mixed up. Some guy who said he was just there helping out was also very rude and would not accept payment. He told us to just wait, asking what else we had to do. Well, we did have things to do, but due to the very slow service, we were not able to do everything we wanted. The food was very good, but the service was very slow and the staff was downright rude.

Great food, awesome atmosphere, but the service was a little slow. Found myself waiting quite a bit with my party.
