My children took me here for my anniversary dinner as my wife and I had been here before. There were 7 of us. I quite frankly was excited to go but disappointed in some of the food. Service was great! Appetizers were tasty . Main course was a little below standards especially for the price. Chicken was dry , steak lacked seasoning and the big pt of butter on the steak not never melted well that was just a sign of how the food has diminished in quality.Unfortunately good experience but not worth the money. I’m just guessing but probably $400 plus for the 7 of us

Did the Easter buffet. Loads of food and variety . There was something for everyone. The area where the gentleman carved the beef needs attention. The beef was way too rare and was extremely hard to cut and chew. Overall it was a great choice and reasonably priced and the hotel had great and wonderful views. If we are in the area we will do Mother's Day.Vegetarian options: The buffet had some delicious choicesDietary restrictions: The buffet had choices markedWheelchair accessibility: It was good and marked

Everyone was very nice but the food was extremely disappointing and the quality of service was poor. The complimentary bread was brought out with our entrees after a long wait, our drink (bottle of beer) was forgotten and brought out late, our water cups were never refilled, and the finished dishes were not cleared. I ordered the herb grilled chicken; the chicken was dry and criminally underseasoned, the mashed potatoes were dry and unevenly chunky, the carrots tasted frozen, and there were only three thin slices of mushroom. For the price, this place is not worth it in my opinion.

Google said $10-$20 per person but all their entres are $25 to $55 each, not to mention if you want a drink. However, good service. We ended up going somewhere else cheaper but their food looks good

We had a wonderful meal suggested by our waiter. The comfort of sitting right next to the fireplace while enjoying a bottle of wine was undescribable. I will return!

We wanted little getaway and lunch. Had a nice drive and ideal lunch at the Watkins Glen Harbor hotel. Very good food and excellent service. We will look to stay here this year as it is a sister hotel to the Chautauqua Harbor Inn. We so enjoyed our stay there. Also, we want to try the other in Clayton.

My wife Wei and I were passing by this area, we were pleasantly surprised by walking in the Bleu Pointe Grille. The decor is incredible, staff very polite, waitress Sam is extremely kind and very professional, she recommended me a Beer - Seneca lodge IPA it was amazing. Lobster Roll was out of this world our compliments to the Chef. I wil highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back again.

The wait staff and atmosphere were great, but the food was extremely disappointing. Our appetizer arugula salad was delicious, but both of our entrees were awful to the point we did not even finish them. We ordered the swordfish and the lobster ravioli. Both dishes left us so upset with the quality vs price that we felt we had to write a review to steer others away. The swordfish was dry and poorly seasoned and the ravioli was tasteless. It's a shame, because otherwise the customer experience was excellent, but we will never come back here.

Similar menu from stays at other Harbor Hotels. Nice selection. Ordering a 'summer' salad out of season not recommended.

Stopped in after looking at the menu online.Didn't know there was a wedding going on adjacent to the restaurant in the event space. The staff didn't skip a beat in their service to us or the wedding group that mingled into the restaurant during the "photo" shoot of the bride and groom. The food was amazing and a nice change from the typical bar grub along.the wine trail.I would be eager to try the Hotel next trip this way.
