Great pizza with shaded seating! Very fast service, interesting selection of novelty soda and just a 5 min walk from the glen trail head.

Medium pizza is perfect for 2 at lunch. Quick stop from the Watkins Glen trails

I walked up to Colonial Pizza and was greeted with a sigh of disgust from the man, who I believe to be the owner. Then he just stood there staring at us with no greeting, which made me wonder if they were still open or if their listed hours were incorrect. When I asked, his annoyed response was ‘I guess.’ It was very clear they didn’t want our business, and I certainly didn’t want someone with such a terrible attitude preparing our food. Needless to say, we left and won’t be returning.

Delicious oven brick pizza! Perfectly cooked, leaves you craving for more, crust was crispy as it should be! Highly recommend! Friendly service from the guy running it! I’m a few hours from home but will definitely stop by again before leaving!

They messed up our order. The pizza’s backside was completely burned. They didn’t seem to be willing to speak with us when ordering. Try to find better place to have your lunch.

Hands down delicious pizza! Accommodated 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 veggie and reasonably priced. The wood fire crust was perfect - the authentic char, real mozz cheese, great quality toppings…can’t beat it.

Note that hours may vary (open later) from Google maps as the owner said he might keep hours longer when weather is nicer and with demand.

Top-notch Neapolitan style wood-fired pizza served outdoors on the main drag of Watkins Glen. Crispy, lightly chewy dough, cooked perfectly, with quality ingredients. Highly recommended!

If they put some effort into their sauce the pizza would be very good. It's cooked very well, bur the issue is they do nothing to their sauce. If you open a can of tomatoes and take a taste, it's exactly what their sauce tastes like. It's very sad they put zero effort into making their sauce when they are a pizza place. Very stupid of them.

It’s the best wood fired pizza we ever had. We actually traveled over 4 hours for a little getaway and decided to try it. Definitely not disappointed.
