We didnt stay at the inn but their ice cream is absaloutely the best icecream i have ever had!!

No one influenced me to leave this review. My best friend told me she ate here and how amazing it was. The chef has wine flour, yes, wine flour that can be dusted on the dough before adding toppings, that was glorious. So we drove 2 hours to come here. I believed her, but now I get it. I just had the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life! Give the master chef, Mario, a raise! I can’t believe how outstanding the flavors and texture, crispiness, and freshness just exploded in my mouth! If you have the good fortune to be in Watkins Glen, you must eat here. There’s an ice creamery here too with a long and respectable line. Don’t skip out on the most amazing pizza in the United States.

This is about the creamery. No chocolate ice cream? One young girl working…had no idea how to make a milkshake. Too expensive for how much you get. Two kiddie cones and two hot fudge sundaes that were one scoop each. $26?!

Stopped by for the pizza and couldn’t be more pleased!!

Our experience here was absolutely terrible.

First, the air conditioning did not work at all. It was completely dead, making the room uncomfortable from the moment we arrived.

When it came time to shower, we discovered that every soap dispenser in the room was empty. The body wash, hand soap, and shampoo were all completely out, with only conditioner remaining. To make matters worse, the room was stocked with only half a roll of toilet paper and no spare roll. We contacted management to report the issue, but no one ever followed up. We ultimately had to leave and buy our own toilet paper something I have never had to do at any hotel before.
The room didn’t even include basic amenities such as a box of tissues. Then, in the middle of the night, the shower handle literally fell off while it was not being used. What was most disturbing, however, was discovering that a large red stain on the comforter had been intentionally hidden by placing a sheet over it. I initially thought it was strange that there was a sheet covering the comforter, but when I removed it, I found a large visible stain underneath.
If you stay here, expect to be completely on your own. This place is worse than many Airbnb rentals. Do not expect the service, cleanliness, or support that should come with a hotel stay. There was seemingly no one available or willing to help with even the most basic issues, and the overall experience was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had.

Room was dirty. Not previous guest dirty but hadn't been well cleaned in weeks. Heat was not operational. There was a small space heater that was noisey. Small window a/c looked like it was ready to fall out. Did I mention the place was dirty. I was in room #2. $50 a night would be over priced. Watkins Glen is a beautiful place to visit and this Inn is perfectly located but very very poorly run.

Enjoyed Brick oven pizza cooked over real wood chips for excellent flavor and crisp bottom! Mario was busy, but very helpful.

The creamery ice cream was so good! Great service as well! I'll be back as I travel a few times a year up 14 through Watkins Glenn.

Ice cream is top notch !!

Great location! Room is simple but has what you need for the night. Right in the middle of town with lots of food choices walkable. Alise was working the Creamery and was absolutely lovely with advice for dinner! Stay at the Inn, the ice cream comes with the room!!

Go somewhere else.
