Coffee did not taste good. Ordered a totally different sandwich than what I got. Already drove away before I noticed. The last few times going there the staff was not very friendly. At least try to fake smile for people. This used to be my favorite Dunkin 5 years ago, but for me it has turned south in recent years.
I stopped into the lobby to place an order around 10am on 10/19, a Saturday morning. The place was completely packed, with a drive thru line wrapped into the street. Their espresso machine was down (seemed to have just happened), and they had multiple upset (and might I add, impatient) customers. The gentleman running the register was incredible. He maintained his composure and remained so patient with all of the customers and all of the employees behind the counter. I respect...
Stopped in to get some coffee on my way home from Elmira. The staff was having a good time singing and working, and they were nice enough to put my drink in my Yeti to keep it colder. The drive through is very narrow so I walked in. It was refreshing to see the staff all being kind and having fun.
