My wife and I took a wonderful trip up to Watkins Glen two weeks ago and I got to experience such delicious food!
Food: I actually ended up coming here twice with both times getting their exclusive flavor (of the week?) apple crumb which was a nearly perfect blend of apples, vanilla, and caramel. The ice cream was rich and the caramel/apples cut it with some sweetness.
Service: unfortunately there was only one or two people working so it was a little slow, but this was in the later evening when it was closing. Hard working and polite!
Aesthetic: cute little roadside ice cream shop lined with colorful lighting and easy to read signage. Not a lot of parking, but it has a nice feel to the flow.
Parking: What appears to be 6-8 spots lined up in the front of the store

Truly amazed and happy to see that there is now a full flavor version of the infamous flavor burst™. This place has a huge menu! So many choices. The sizes are generous. The staff is nice. Prices are fair. And they have a large deck with seating outside as well as a small inside seating area. Glad I got to finally check this place out.

Got two van-black raspberry soft serve ice creams in a cone. They were HUGE. Almost got medium till we were advised on the size. We were full off of the small.

Ice cream is delicious and portions are generous and prices are very fair.
Huge servings. If you want a single a serving don't be shy just order the kid size. It will be plenty enough. The next sizes can be easily shared .
