Wow! Food was so great. My husband had the trio and loved it. I had the Cajun chicken pasta and it was spicy and yummy! Fast service too!

It's a rule when we go home to visit friends and family in Watkins Glen to grab some garlic knots and some pizza. The rest of the menu is great as well

Ordered the Bolognese and it was more like a high dollar goulash. My wife had the scallops and she said they were gritty. Guess we better stick to the pizza.

The services were wonderful. Prices and portion sizes were reasonable. The pasta was perfectly cooked. The mussels tasted frozen. Perhaps, it is hard to source fresh seafood because the location is far from the coast.

I had to come visit the best restaurant in town on my very short visit home. It has always had amazing food and great service!

There is so much more we could recommend. We have eaten here several times and we’ve not been disappointed! But something that touched us just yesterday, 2/2/25, was our waiter Shawn! We took our daughter, who has special needs, to Jerlando’s for lunch and Shawn was amazing. Not only was he an excellent waiter, but our daughter wanted a hug and Shawn never skipped a beat and leaned right in and let our daughter hug him!! His kindness toward her touched our hearts deeply! Thank you Jerlando’s for another fine meal and thank you so much Shawn for your extremely friendly attitude and your heart touching kindness to our special girl!

Jerlando’s is absolutely the best Italian restaurant in Upstate Ny. If you’re in town visiting or a local this location is a must. The pizza is delicious as well as all the other options on the menu. I highly recommend this location.

If you're in Watkins Glen, it's a must stop for an authentic Italian meal.
The bar is not the easiest to see what spirits they have. It could be set up better.

We tried to go there on October 7 for dinner. We were told a 25 minute wait and given a buzzer. We watched as other parties who came in after us were seated. At first we thought it was because they had a larger party and those tables were available first. After 35 minutes, we watched as a party of two came in and were seated within 5 minutes. The host knew we were waiting. We hadn't left the lobby area. We called him out immediately to which he looked at our buzzer then non-chalantly said "oh, we can seat you now." No apologies. Nothing. We were so disgusted that we left. I had been there 2 years before and loved it. But after that treatment will never come back.
