Couldn’t be more happier about our stay. My partner and our dog stayed in the Lake View Cabin and were absolutely blown away. The view is incredible, we could see a waterfall across the lake! The cabin was very spacious and clean, also equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. We were so happy to have found a dog friendly place, and the owners dog Rocky (I think that’s the name) was very sweet whenever we had the chance to see him around the property. The check-in process was easy and the lady who helped us check-in was very friendly. We can’t WAIT to come back, thank you for making our trip so special.

We were also staying on the property so decided to have dinner and it did not disappoint! The food was very good and the staff was attentive and super friendly. Definitely recommend!

The staff at Lakeside are very friendly and helpful to any need that arises. Our room was very clean and comfortable. If you want a location close to wineries, breweries or distilleries, this is a perfect place to stay in the beautiful finger lakes area.Nearby activities: Watkins Glen is a very short drive away from Lakeside. It is a small, quaint town which offers great dining and evening entertainment.Walkability: The resort has paved roads for walking and there are nice views of Seneca Lake. Watkins Glen offers great shopping with easy access along its Main Street by foot.

The place was very clean and staff seem very polite and accommodating. The beds are very soft and just over all nice. With that being said I think I just had a bad experience and mine shouldn’t be the reason why you don’t stay here it’s not bad. I got there pretty late and once I checked into my room I noticed the lock on the inside was missing which made me feel very uncomfortable because anyone with a code can get in. That kept me up in and out of my sleep 4x. Around 8-9am they started cutting wood right outside the room which then woke me up. At 9:30-9:45 there was a knock on the door as I’m walking to the door to check the door opens as I’m half naked and it was the cleaning lady luckily I was close enough to the door so I could stop her from seeing everything. Again I think my experience was just one in a hundred and shouldn’t be the reason why you don’t stay here it was comfy and the staff seem very polite.

Bistro 3812 has a very inviting friendly atmosphere. Not to mention a great view. The wait staff is very attentive and friendly. The food has been great every time. It is also dog friendly with a great area for your dog to hang out in while you're dining. All around great place.

Outstanding New Years Eve 5 course meal reminiscent of fine restaurant tasting menus. Excellent food creatively presented, attentive staff, our new favorite place. A real gem, one of the Finger Lakes best!

Total vacation vibes dining by the window overlooking the Seneca Lake. When you first enter this Lakeside Resort you see a pet parking room....freaking awesome if you ask me!The owners have a dog named Rudy that peruses the restaurant. I was perplexed a moment in our meal as I saw Rudy outside looking in at us and I turned to my gf saying do we let him in? Lol. It was very funny and made the vibe that much more unique and special as this was the first restaurant to start our Thanksgiving tradition of getting away for the holiday. I went with the Roasted Turkey, Cornbread Stuffing, and Brussels sprouts. Turkey was good, cornbread stuffing meh (I prefer regular stuffing but did not see an option for that choice), and the sprouts were okay. I know this is not a ringing endorsement of the items however they were very reasonably priced and it did the trick as I was starving from the four hour commute. My girlfriend ordered the Salmon. I tasted it and it was good. The risotto we both agreed tasted too much like vegetables or something not pleasant. I want to say it look like the entire risotto was dyed from perhaps a beet. Asparagus was good however there were not many plated, four in total.Coffee and tea were are complimentary which is a nice gesture for anyone who dines here. We ended the meal with a creme brulee. The portion was extremely small however it tasted very good.I recommend this place if you are in the area and want that lovely warm feeling like you are on a vacation and are being catered to.As always people SYOY!!!

Very cute cabin facing the lake, we only stayed one night but really enjoy the coziness of the place and a very good and affordable breakfast.

Very cute place! My boyfriend and I had a romantic getaway to Watkins Glen and stayed in one of the cabins here. They were very welcoming and dog friendly, which we loved. The cabins were clean and had plenty of linen and towels. Heating was great in the room once it kicked in. The lake view from the main lobby is the best.We had breakfast in the bistro our last morning and loved the waffleini. We also loved the dog they had on site!Would definitely return to stay here again.

A great place to dine with a great view of Seneca lake! It is smaller inside so I'd definitely recommend a reservation during peak dining times, and peak season times. A nice menu selection and good drink offerings!

Top notch. The food was delicious and the complimentary hot coffee/tea a really nice touch. If we were local, we’d be regulars here. Lovely staff, as well
