I Tried the new grill at the Laurel, I was impressed. The menu is limited but the food is very good! Brand new owners that have done a nice job at remodeling the place. I will absolutely visit again! My only complaint, I have tried to visit on a couple of occasions only to find them closed. The hours are difficult to find on the website and their FB page. It seems 4pm is the opening time based on a FB post this past Friday. As a local, I heard a rumor that this may be a year round...
We really enjoyed our dinner with that great view and the music. Our waiter is a very nice and friend old lady. The food is good though it is a bit pricey. But I guess you have to pay the tax for the great lake view.
The food and wait service are constantly excellent and the view is one of the very best in the Finger Lakes and beyond. Whether you live nearby or are visiting the area, please stop here and enjoy. The chicken parmesan, fish (broiled or fried), grilled chicken Florentine, and spaghetti and meatballs are delicious. They have a very cool bar on the main level and an awesome retro 70's looking bar on the lower level; be sure to check it out.
