This absolutely delightful little pub in Watkins Glenn, just served us the best Reuben sandwiches we've ever had and gave us the sweetest service. The atmosphere was wonderful friendly and cozy.

There was four of us that went in on a Saturday night for some food. We ordered our drinks and decided on food. I ordered nacho chips as I had eaten later in the day and was not terribly hungry. Our friends ordered buffalo cauliflower wings with mild sauce. When they came, we poured off watery liquid amounting to half a cup. We also asked for some of the mild sauce as it didn't appear to have much sauce on them. Several groups around us got their food and we were still waiting so the other couple said they didn't want their food given how long it was taking. The waitress said she would remove them from the bill. My nachos were coated with a runny cheese sauce that was not terribly flavorful. The waitress brought the food and told them that she couldn't stop the order, so they accepted the food and ate. We had asked to split the bill 2 + 2 so it was easier to pay our share. When the bill came it was one bill covering everything and when asked if it could be split up, she stated she couldn't. So, we had a rather high bill that the other couple decided to pay, and we would pay the next day. I tried to scan the bill with Fetch at the pub, and it errored out as too old (over 14 days old). We wondered if we even got the right bill as $79 for 4 beers, two apps and 2 sandwiches seemed a bit high. We'll never go back. Food wasn't great, service was terrible, and the atmosphere was not great either. Some at the bar indicated similar experience.

Visited Saturday 9/13/25. Simply the worst service we’ve ever had at a restaurant. The server was rude, was asked repeatedly for forks and then gave us an attitude when he put them on the table, gave attitude about asking for the spicy ketchup that’s on the menu (walking away from the table and saying there was ketchup on the table), never refilled water or sodas, salad served without dressing — and at that point we knew better than to ask him for anything. We’ve been here every time we come to Watkins Glen and this was such a disappointment.

Never got a chance to try food. Asked for a booth with plenty empty and got sat at a back table in an empty area. Staffed walked past several times and never came our way. Bar was empty. There were only 3 other tables full. After 10+ with no one coming over we left.

I just stopped for lunch with my wife. Had a delicious corn beef Reuben. It was delicious. The bread was perfect for the sandwich. It came with fries that were the best. Crispy. Hot and coated with a very tasty crunch. I didn't try the house beers but a good selection.
I’ve been in twice in the last 2 weeks waited for 10-15 minutes and never got seated. I was the only one waiting and was never greeted. There were hardly any customers there when I walked in both times. I walked out and no one noticed.
