Stopped in for a quick lunch, at least thought it would be quick, being only two other tables seated, so not real busy. Anyhow sat for at least 20+ minutes before even having our drink order taken, it is finally taken, another 10/15 minutes go by finally drinks came. Our order was taken , about 30+ minutes after that our food was delivered. Food was mediocre at best. We probably should have got up and left after 10 minutes from arriving but I like to give a place a chance, wish we had left. Now we finished, no one brought the bill around , time to pay the bill, no one is around, you have to go to window and ring the bell to get anyone to come out, let me add you need a new bell. Staff was like disappearing wherever, maybe outback, who knows. I might add while we were sitting, no one came around to ask how it was or if we needed refills. I hope this was just a one time thing, if not how does a place like this and the way it seems to run stay in business. Will we ever go back, never.. also would like to add, as you walk in door, to the right there is a room, looks like a storage area, very unappealing. Again we will not return..

Got there at 3:50pm ordered pizza and wings to go 4:30 I checked on the progress was told the order was almost done at 4:50 I asked how much longer I was told they are putting the toppings on the pizza shm got a refund and left. Also the place was empty beside 2 people. So it wasn't like the place was packed.

This place sucks. My pizzas were raw not fully cooked and then my wings were supposed to be mild got garlic instead and they just added mild sauce to it. 🤢🤢🤢 When I ordered i was told about an hour. When I showed up my food wasn't even started. Said person had to go to store to get pizza sauce and didn't know how long it was going to be because her daughter had $15 to spend and she went with her. So on top of my 1 wait already it was an additional hour wait. I will never ever order here again.

I placed an order on the phone for the superbowl. When I got there, it wasn't done. I had to wait 20 min, which was fine, and the customer service was amazing. The problem i had is the pizza and the bread sticks was too salty and I couldn't finish my food. Me and my mother got sick from the salt pizza and bread sticks.. I'm verry sorry I had to say this.
Do not go here. Waste of time. Was told my order would take a half hour (salad and wings) my salad wasn’t made right, and my food took OVER AN HOUR. Will not go here again.

Arrived at this place with a coworker on our lunch break today. Ordered the special personal pan pizza and 6 wings. After an hour still had not received food. Kept getting told oh just 5 more minutes. Ended up walking out as my lunch break was over and had to go back to work. Will not be back.

Stopped and ordered a pizza for dinner. Was told would be ready in 40 minutes. After 1 hour and 10 minutes our order was finally ready. Would understand if they were busy but when we ordered there was maybe 3-4 tables to be served. I don’t see how they can survive. They did offer my husband a glass of ice water for his wait. Others walked out.
