Manger claims to do everything , place is always nasty in the mornings before anyone even gets there , lobby is always dirty and bathrooms, go inside and you can see all the counters and the sides of them

My husband and I grabbed coffees on the go this morning...Great service from a nice little red headed girl, didn't get her name. Nice way to start a wkd with an ambitious young person with a smile, even checked to be sure I had my straw for my iced coffee! Doing great Weedsport Dunkin, keep up the good work.

Staff was overwhelmed with mobile orders. We waited in drive thru for 15 minutes and were told it would be another 15 minutes for wraps. They need more staffing.

Ordered ahead and still had to go through the drive through. The line was in the road. I asked the woman if I could just pick it up and she said that I have to go through the line. Very rude. She's in the wrong business for sure.

Associate slamming things around using inappropriate language, including f-bomb. Said she wasn't taking any more orders until she got stocked up. Would not wait on me. I started to walk out and another associate called me back and said she would wait on me. Tirade continued the entire time I was there. At least the associate who waited on me was apologetic. I'm surprised the place still has a rating of 4.1 after all the negative reviews I read.
