I’ve had consistently poor experiences with the morning crew at Empire Eatery. They’re rude, condescending, and lack any sense of customer service. Whenever I’ve asked for fresh tenders, I’m given cold food, and their attitude makes it clear they don’t care. The manager, Mindy, even had the audacity to ask, in an extremely rude tone, “Do I need to go to your house and show you how to cook?” This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable.
On the other hand, the night crew is the complete opposite—friendly, accommodating, and always willing to meet my requests without issue. Julia, in particular, is a standout employee and deserves recognition for her excellent service. She’s a 10/10 in every respect.
If you’re planning to visit Empire Eatery, avoid it in the morning or early afternoon. The night crew is your best bet for good food and great service.

So far their food and prices, and well their staff have been great. We order quite a lot late at night usually and it's been top notch.

So my guy loves your pizza he says it next to being pizza hut sauce and pizza..
So I ordered his pizza a large double extra cheese pizza.
Then I ordered mine and honestly I thought there is no way I'll like it, let me tell you what...
I ordered a large sausage cheese egg bacon.

As a truck driver I drive the Thruway a lot and with coffee shops not being open late this is one of my go-to stops. Mainly because they actually have cookies there that they bake .in house. If you're looking for a coffee and a treat fix definitely want to make a stop here. It is inside the pit stop gas station. And they also have food that is made to order. I will say I do wish they had some pizza out late at night but otherwise good service good coffee and good cookies

Stopped here for gas at Sunoco on the way to Niagara falls. Wasn't a big detour. You get freshly made pizza, subs and many more. Food was good. You get vegetarian options as well. Service was quick. They've few tables and chairs to dine. Plus there's coffee and prepackaged food for a quick grab-n-go.
Parking: Next to Sunoco gas station.

Says delivery on the website but when I called I was told that they don't deliver. When I asked if anyone else does deliver she sounded like she couldn't be bothered with me.
Nice store with several food including hot and prepackaged items. Also have gas pumps.

Long wait, burnt hamburger, pasta salad with no cheese (and a potato-salad label), expired milk. What the hell are they doing over there?
Food is usually good. Store always clean. People are nice. Wish there could be other channels on the TV when dining in other than FOX News. Sports, Game shows, etc would be a nice change.

I have went here for late night snacks (11-12 at night) and they were great! Got my food fast, easy ordering, and the food was very good (especially for gas station food)! If you are looking for quick and easy food, this is the place!
