This place is probably the worst dunkin in the franchise. Service is slow, food taste like its week old. Donuts are stale. Wait times are endless. Poor management, if they even have managers. Nothing good to say about the place. It’s like the franchise forgot this location exists.

A year ago one of the workers said I ate too much and then left the paper in my sandwich. Fast forward to now a days where your food is always burned and if you have change to your bill that has pennies they keep your change without even asking. They used to be a good place to go but now they just steal from you.

There were 3 cars in the drive thru. Was stuck there for over twenty minutes. Ended up being late for work. Gave me a small coffee instead of a medium.

I prefer Tim Hortons. But that's just me. D.D. has good coffee but I like T.H. better that's all I had two breakfast sandwiches and I really didn't like them they had them out flat and the edges were way too crispy for me. I would prefer them rolled so the edges were not really crispy like that..

As someone who use to work at a Dunkin Donuts in a semi-large city, this place is TERRIBLE. Constantly long lines. I’ve heard employees complain about having to make food and how daunting it is. It’s dunkin food, it’s literally pre made and heated back up. Again I was an employee for Dunkin in a city with over 300,000 people, Wellsville ha not even 7,000. There’s no reason for the service to be as bad as it is other than poor employee performance

Waiting almost an hour for food and drinks when you order through the mobile app is ridiculous. Lines for the drive-thru are ridiculously long. 9/10 you will be missing an item in your order if it involves donuts or something they're out of stock and neglected to tell you or anyone. This place is literally the worst and I cannot understand why for the life of me we all keep going back. We all know the service sucks, the lines suck, the food sucks, there is no redeemable aspect to this place yet it somehow stays in business. This is clearly an owner who doesn't care and seriously scares me for Taco Bell opening soon.

I would rather place my order to go at the one in Hornell and drive 30 minutes to get it. At least I would know my food sitting there for 30 minutes was fresher than the 40 minute wait for reheated 2-day old leftovers.

Dunkin sucks anymore. Donuts are stale and food is always burnt. Any time I have had their coffee, sugar isn't mixed in, and it is watered down.

They were so busy and people were just rude to their employees. You can't expect to have fast service when the girls and guys are going as fast as they can go with no end in site. If you want quick service call way ahead.
