The employees are aggressively rude and unhelpful. They’re more likely to get the order incorrect with missing items than to get them correct. It feels like they train their employees to not to look at people and do busy themselves doing anything else than to make eye contact to see what you need.
As a door dasher I’m constantly asking them to include donuts (it’s Dunkin DONUTS & arguably the easiest part of the order) and they are MEAN to me after I inquire. I’d say get it together but I’ve been here a year and it’s only getting worse.

I’ve had missing items in the past when I’ve doordashed but today my boyfriend just mobile ordered and walked in the storm to pick it up. He came back saying that the lady gave him a dirty look when he said “have a nice day”- I get it you don’t want be there. We sit down to eat and they missed the wrap I got. So thankful I got other food but I’m disappointed this is the only place around here, barely any other businesses to get breakfast from later on the day. Do your job right please you’re getting paid to be there and we spent our money from our jobs that we actually do. Spent our money to not even get the correct stuff.

Great Dunkin service was friendly and quick. My frozen coffee came out just the way I like it. If I could give this place ten stars I would. Oh, btw, my dog loves the pup cups!

I love Dunkin’ Donuts, and moved to the area about a year and a half ago. Initially for a while this Dunkin service was extremely hit or miss and the wait times were really bad sometimes (I just learned to come when I wasn’t in a hurry) but over the last few months. Service has been absolutely amazing every time and have had all orders fast. I hope everyone who’s been working there recently knows they are doing a great job!

Horrible, horrible service, lady at the drive through was nice. Misheard us and missed a drink we said, no big deal right. We let them know we wanted another one of the drinks we got, paid for it and were waiting. A guy then came to hand out the drink , whipped his head the other direction to be facing the opposite direction as us. As a former Dunkin employee at a different location, I’ve dealt with rude people, nice people, loud people, quiet people. But there was NO reason to whip your head the opposite direction, proceed to roll your eyes, when we were nothing but respectful. Nothing was said, we just ordered the drink that they hadn’t heard over the speaker in the drive through. Overall, bad.
If you don’t like your job, get a different job.

The employees could care less about anything and the food took 45 minutes just for it to be burnt and cold, also has stale doughnuts.

It’s a Dunkin so no surprises on the menu but the staff were excellent. Friendly and efficient.
In over a year of patronage, I'm not sure how many orders we have received that are wrong, missing something, or just someone else's.

This place is probably the worst dunkin in the franchise. Service is slow, food taste like its week old. Donuts are stale. Wait times are endless. Poor management, if they even have managers. Nothing good to say about the place. It’s like the franchise forgot this location exists.

A year ago one of the workers said I ate too much and then left the paper in my sandwich. Fast forward to now a days where your food is always burned and if you have change to your bill that has pennies they keep your change without even asking. They used to be a good place to go but now they just steal from you.
We had some time to kill when visiting town so we popped into the DD for coffee and use of their WiFi. Usual service except the coffee was almost boiling when they brought it out. Our server said she would bring ice if it was too hot. Really? She couldn’t tell it herself when she was handling? We’re glad we didn’t spill it on ourselves.
