I used the mobile app. Paid and was asked to pull into take out parking spot. Sat there for 10 minutes. Nothing was brought out. I went into the establishment,but no one was there to help me. I then went back to drive thru. Was given the run around. So no food but they got my money, due to I had to go back to work. That place is and has been a joke since the beginning.

Tonight my husband brought me home takeout because I was stressed and wanted to have a favorite MacDonald'meal. The hamburger was extremely thin mm the roll hard at first thought it might be yesterday's . It was a far cry from any quarter pounder I ever had. No mustards, invisible ketchup. But 3 pickles which we requested none. My husband's meal was "ok". What is going on??????

Food was fine but your restaurant is messy. Wrappers on the floor tables were dirty and it took us a second to find a clean table. Seems like there's never enough straws or lids over by the fountain and always needing to ask a busy employee to stop what their doing because we need a lid/straw for our drink. Please fix these issues.
