Had breakfast here about 1 weekend ago, I must say service was terribly slow and they messed up our breakfast order pretty bad. My buddy placed his order at the same time as me but they lost his order then gave him the wrong food. What makes me upset is they never offered him anything for his troubles. He finally gets his breakfast 20 minutes after his order but they still bring him the wrong sandwich. You should have offered the guy something but no she just walked away. Please do better Wellsville McDonald's!

I mean it's McDonald's food so you don't expect it to be real good just have to put extra Big Mac sauce on all the burgers. Of course service site because they screwed up my order once again as they normally go. But we come to expect that of any McDonald's.

I got a medium coffee while I waited for my client to get done. It took longer than expected to actually get my coffee but, it was hot and fresh. I sat in a booth seat which was clean.

My buddy and I order from the kiosk and we both waited 20 minutes for our food and then after the waiting they gave me the wrong sandwich they gave me sausage egg and cheese I ordered a steak egg and cheese. They couldn’t find my order but luckily for me I had my paid receipt. Normally I wouldn’t have given the sandwich back but the fact we waited 20 minutes is a bit ridiculous in Batavia location we would have never waited that long. One more point, I know you guys are more concerned with drive thru times but I feel the counter is just as important.

Not all experience are the best, but you hit this one out of the park! My Spicy Mccrispy with extra sauce had my taste buddies popping so much that I added honey! Best decision ever when it came to eaten that juicy chicken sandwich that I didn't make.

I used the mobile app. Paid and was asked to pull into take out parking spot. Sat there for 10 minutes. Nothing was brought out. I went into the establishment,but no one was there to help me. I then went back to drive thru. Was given the run around. So no food but they got my money, due to I had to go back to work. That place is and has been a joke since the beginning.
