Only good thing was the heat worked in December. Sat at table with number and they didn't bring it out. Luckily a customer noticed it and brought it out to me . Big Mac is pathetic.

Sucks at customer service! Never had more rude people make my food! No have a good day or talking at all and slammed the window on us as we were trying to ask a question. The girl was small, dark hair in a braid. Last on top of it all she forgot to give us our fries for our meals.

I ordered a steak sandwich for breakfast without cheese and with an English muffin. I received a burned bagel with cheese. I wish people here would do a better job taking an order.

Had breakfast here about 1 weekend ago, I must say service was terribly slow and they messed up our breakfast order pretty bad. My buddy placed his order at the same time as me but they lost his order then gave him the wrong food. What makes me upset is they never offered him anything for his troubles. He finally gets his breakfast 20 minutes after his order but they still bring him the wrong sandwich. You should have offered the guy something but no she just walked away. Please do better Wellsville McDonald's!

I got a medium coffee while I waited for my client to get done. It took longer than expected to actually get my coffee but, it was hot and fresh. I sat in a booth seat which was clean.

My buddy and I order from the kiosk and we both waited 20 minutes for our food and then after the waiting they gave me the wrong sandwich they gave me sausage egg and cheese I ordered a steak egg and cheese. They couldn’t find my order but luckily for me I had my paid receipt. Normally I wouldn’t have given the sandwich back but the fact we waited 20 minutes is a bit ridiculous in Batavia location we would have never waited that long. One more point, I know you guys are more concerned with drive thru times but I feel the counter is just as important.
